Alex bowed once more before disappearing before their eyes. Unless Kai could keep up with his speed in any case. Xuan led her forward again and they came to a door. It opened and they entered the dimly-lit cabin.

The red glimmer vanished quickly, to quickly for her too follow, which made her slightly uneasy. She put her glasses back on and then followed loyally where Xuan lead her.
As they entered the cabin she blinked to become accustomed to the dim light.

"Kai, this is Alexander"
Alex pulled out two chairs to the small round dining table. He stood behind one of them and Xuan sat in the other. He offered this one to Kai. "A pleasure, miss"
"Alexander is a European Vampire"
Alex grinned in a friendly manner, though it showed off his pearly white fangs, "But one may call me a vegetarian" he chuckled in a disdained manner.
Xuan raised his brow again, and Alexander cleared his throat.

Kai took the seat without much hesitation, acting as polite as she could, still intimidated by the both of them, duly noting that they were both men of caliber.
Thankyou Mr. Alexander. She thought, figuring he'd be able to hear her, Xuan was afterall present. She also began thinking to herself how poor the word 'vegetarian' was, but she understood what he meant by it.

Alexander chuckled again, "Alex please. I've tried forever requesting The Dark Lord to call me Alex, but he refuses"
Xuan smirked in a smug manner, "'Alex' is not the name of a vampire"
"No My Lord... but... it is" he gave Xuan an apologetic shrug; to which Xuan ignored.
Alex relaxed. "MY Lord? May I ask what I have done to be graced with your visit?"
"Yes you may. I believed that Kai may enjoy the experience of meeting with you; and you can answer her questions"
Alex clapped his hands together, "Wonderful!"

Kai perked her head up at this and blinked at Xuan.
She had questions? This was news to her, she turned her glass hidden eyes to Alex and tilted her head slightly.

"I enjoy talking to anyone. I never receive visitors, you see?" Alex sat himself down and took off his hat. Under that he had light truffle-brown hair. It was ruffled from being under the hat. "You don't have any queries, miss Kai?"

Kai nodded and gave a tiny, sad smile.
I see... thats sad, i would get very lonely i think. She then lapsed in to silent thought for a while, not even moving before she finally sighed and shook her head.
I don't know... should i have?

Ride what? Kai thought, blinking. Do you mean horses? If so... i used to ride when i was a younger, but i haven't for some time.

Xuan nodded, "Yes, horses. Alexander has many."
Alex chuckled, "There is not much else for me to do to say it truthfully my lord" he stood up and moved to the door before opening it; "My Lord, Miss Render" he bowed his head for them to pass. Xuan walked around the table and held out his arm for Kai.

Kai stood slowly, glancing around briefly before she gently took hold of Xuan's arm, noticing the tingling and secure sensation returning to her.

Xuan walked them out to a small paddoch off to the side of the cemetry. "How large was the horse you rode?" he asked with a smile. Gee, she'd softened him up...

Xuan held out his hand and out of the darkness emerged two black horses. One a stallion, at 16 hands high. The other one a slightly smaller mare. It's nose was a pale white. "This is Night Star. And this is Black Onix. the horses walked towards them, the mist shroudigng their hooves.
