Kaine made a bolt for Slades cabin and banged on the door. "Up and at 'em luietenant i need you to wake the roudy lot up for me. We've gotta am scray before the merchants get here"

Slade very nearly fell out of his hammock, landing upon the ground ungracefully with a grunt. The hell? He looked up groggily, highly displeased with the Cap'n's interruption on his 'beauty sleep'. Oh well, he said that he'd only come and get him if he was needed. So, with a disgruntled and annoyed sigh, he'd stand, brush himself off, and open the cabin door. "Huh? Whas happenin'? Sounds like somethin' big. Cap'n! Ye be needin' anythin' from me?" He'd ask this, quite perplexed.

Kutuni walked over to the port of the ship and peered over, it was a rough waters right now and the merchant boat appears... very peculiar! Maybe it was nothing, but on the other hand it could be something too. Something could mean ambush or even her favorite adventure, gaining heavy pockets of diamonds and rubies and what not. She wasn't too into finding money on the ships, she believed it wasn't worth he hassle counting the fact that it was already able to be stolen inland.

Kaine made is way towards the port side. "Wake the crew..." He called pausing to look through a spyglass at the ship and the flag it was flying. He grinned. "Tell 'em we go plunderin' to do" He grinned pushing the spyglass back in with a quick gesture before he rushed to take the wheel.

Daja stood on the port side of the lingmiea and watched the ship they were about to pass through a spyglass. "PIRATES" she yelled at the top of her voice. "get ever body up and a weapon in their hands." she said to her little brother Rumoi. "and Rumoi, i need this done yesterday". with that Rumoi rushed into the hull of the boat as fast as his small legs would carry him. entering the womens half of the hull, that was also used to hold the gold, silver and copper they had, he raced up to his mother. "mumi, mumi Pirates Pirates" he yelled in his little squeaky voice. every women in the vicinity yelped and started to rush around getting things that they would need. "wheres my staff" yelled his auntie zula. seeing it behind Rumoi's mother Kimli, she yelled "KIMLI PASS MY STAFF!"

as every one was rushing around the Misu (captain), headed straight out doors to her eldest daughter. "Daja report what is....." she began to say but fell silent when she saw the pirate ship about to pass on the port side on the Lingmiea. "this cant be happening, not now, not now." she said quietly.

Daja knew what her mother meant. it had only been a few months before that her father was killed by pirates. now it seemed like a dream. daja could see her mother going in to shut down mode as she always did when she remembered her husband. "come on mumi, you cant do this, we need to fight" she told her mother quietly so no one would know the Misu was losing faith."your our Misu, we need you to tell us to fight." she continued. before she knew what had happened her mother had taken off her bright red sash, which told people she was a Misu, and placed it around Daja. "now your there Misu" she said before taking the small knife in daja's belt and stabbing her self.

Daja watched silently as her mother faded away from her. "EVERY BODY GET INTO FORMATION , I DON'T WANT A SINGLE PIRATE ON MY SHIP" she shouted to the women and men who Rumoi had finally woken up. all of them stared at her with the red sash on then at the body of her mother laying at her feet. a small tear trickled down her cheek. some of the women burst into hysterics while the men picked up the body and tossed it over board. they didn't need a body in the way during the fighting.

Kutuni hated just standing there while the men did the work, why had he told her to... but then she realized that he actually had gave in and said if she could keep up then she could help... She smiled to herself victoriously and moved to the right side where she found one of the men bringing out a cannon, she smiled and took it from him while he went in for another.

Kutuni pushed it a few feet and it felt like it was sinking into deck, though she wasn't gonna let Kaine be correct, so she pushed harder and got it moving.

Kaine span the wheel hard and the ship swang towards the merchant ship.
"Luietenant please ready the blades!" He said with a grin.
The blades where sed for latching into the side of ships to make boarding easier.

Slade nodded in Kaine's direction as he heard the order given to him. Quickly, he did as told and smirked in the general direction of the oncoming ship. Perhaps they'd actually gain some riches today, eh? Anyways, Slade continued on, getting all of them up and ready for action, and once this job was completed, he ran off towards his quarters, snatched both of his daggers from where they lay beside his bed, and ran back out. He'd need to be armed if the people were going to fight.

Kaine stood at the wheel, wheel grapsed in one hand spyglass in the other. "Well they've seen us... S*** they're traders SLADE!" He called for his luitenant and tossed him the eyesglass. "Keep turning the ship so we broadside 'em." He went to run off but then stopped and turned back to Slade with a smug grin "And don' sink my ship!" He rushed back to his cabin to get his scimitar.

With an abrupt nod, Slade was at the wheel and spinning it rapidly. This was to turn the ship in the direction Kaine had instructed. "Aye aye, Cap'n!" He called after him as he continued to do as told. However, when the mention that they were traders reached his ears, he winced a bit. "Oh great, we'll have tah run fer our money." He muttered this to himself as he continued to calmly meneuver the ship.

Kaine pushed open the heavy oak door to his cabin and leapt over the junk that had slipped from it position when they boat turned. He grabbed his scimitar in its sheath and strapped it to his belt resecuring his headband.
He then emerged back into the sunlight and walked to the deck watching as the ship grew steadily nearer and nearer.
"Get ready to bring out the blades. Slade stop the turning on my signal." The trader ship was very close now and soon it would be in their grasp. This is gonna be fun! His mind said excitedly, he loved a good plundering trader ship or not.

Kutuni eventually managed to get the canon in line with the others, though as these ships were full of treasure evrwhere to her knowledge... she still doubted that they were going to use them with canon balls. Maybe those hook things she had seen once or twice before, she ones that lunged over the side of the ships.

The merchant ship was so cose now that she had to look up at a degree to see the decked areas. "wow" she whispered before getting last minute nerves and moving back a few metres. She thought forthe few moments she had before darting down deck and into the same hall Kaine had taken her, and into her room with the two hammocks.

She unlatched and opened the trunk, grabbing out her bag and reaching in for her most prized posession... her dagger. The blade was made of sterling silver and had been speialy made for her mother as her father was a blacksmith. Ingraved on the dagger had been a dove, but her father had made an ajustment and finely filled it with copper, to make it smothe once more. The hilt of the blade was two wings on either side and a brass handle.

Kutuni grabbed the sheath and slung it on to her hip before sheathing it and running bck up the hall as fast as she could.

Ramudi was going about his normal routine until the sails of a pirate ship caught his eye and the voice of Daja's frantic orders reached his ears. Instantly, he bolted out onto the deck in time to see Daja on the ground next to their misu. "No..." His eyes closed but quickly shook his head to rid his mind of the thoughts. No time for grieving.

Ramudi had noticed how depressed their misu had been after the loss of her husband, and he had figured it'd only be a matter of time before she joined him. With a sigh, the seventeen year old ran up to Daja. "Orders?" He asked bluntly, getting straight to the point. This was the way he was. Always. He never said more than he had to, which often made the crewmembers think of him as antisocial. In his mind, however, he felt that it was much easier to get straight to the matter at hand and not fluff it up with nonsense.

Ever since he had first arrived, he had instantly been drawn to Daja. She was the one person he cared for and would give up his life for, aside from the two misus..but they didn't really matter anymore did they? v-v Ramudi struggled with not being able to remember anything from his past life, other than what he knew of ships and the things he had learned during schooling; and ever since he became apart of the crew, he had self-proclaimed himself as 'bodyguard to Daja', not that anybody cared.

He watched as the body of their late misu was tossed overboard, an overwhelming feeling of sadness attempting to capture him. He pushed it aside once again, though, and turned back to Daja; an expectant yet worried look upon his face. All she had to do was give him an order, and he'd carry it out. Mm, Ramudi had yet to figure out his feelings for the newly appointed misu, but none of that mattered right now. The damned pirates were coming, and as Daja had ordered, not one would be allowed to come on board. At least none would get by him, of course.

Meanwhile, Slade continued on with following up on the orders issued to him. "Aye aye, Cap'n. On yer signal..." He'd emit this, ready for the go. His eyes danced around the area, noticing that Jake was doing everything in his power to help as well, but truly only getting in the way. With a scowl, he would suddenly call out. "Oi! Get tha kid outta here! He's only in tha way, as of yet!" He yelled this at the top of his lungs, hoping that someone would follow his order.

As for Jake, he just glared at Slade once his order was made. He wasn't getting in the way!! He was trying to help. With a growl, he continued to do as he had been, just daring any of the stupid pirates to snatch him up.

Kaine watched closely ignoring the noises around him a little further.... now! "SLADE! Stop us spinning! Unleash the blades!"
Instantly hooked blades sprang from the side of the ship glintng with malice. As the ship stopped swinging the blades slammed into the deck of the other ship holding it tightly.
"Alright men.." He paused "Men and women i don't want any one killed without nessecity if they fight back then we kill 'em AND NONE OF YOU LOUTS DIE ALRIGHT!? Your very expensive" He said jokingly, one he said nearly ever time when the real reason was he loved his crew in one sense.

Daja tried to think at the pirate ship grabbed hold of her ship in a tight grip. she looked up into the face of Ramudi and nearly fainted with relief. she knew she was safe if he was near. "look after the young ones they wont lisnt and put there weapons down and you know how crap they are." she said in a tiered voice.
