Fiora's expression wasn't grateful though. There was a distinct look of distain on her face in fact.
"I can take care of myself, signore," she said between gritted teeth.

Dante slipped his sword onto his back and pulled out the pistols, twirling them with flair and gunning down demons all round as he slowly edged towards the knight and the girl.
'Not to spoil the party, but we're gettin' overwhelmed. You go, I'll hold them back.'
He kicked a demon in the chest, forcing him into another, and toppling them both.

"Normally I wouldn't force a lady..." the knight said, before stooping to seize Fiora by the wrist and pull her up onto the back of his horse, giving her no real other option. "However, quick withdrawal is necessary."
With that the knight turned and galloped towards where Yami stood, the Pharaoh turned and began to run for a safe distance himself as the knight began to catch up to him.
"Forgive my rudeness!" he called after the girl as she dashed past on the horse.

Fiora looked most displeased, muttering Italian profanities under her breath as she was forced onto horseback and taken away. She served the man that apologised to her a dark glare as she passed him. She was doing just fine without his... 'charity'.

All the while Thel remained cloaked, watching the violence unfold. What a strange planet this is, Thel had thought.
Thel had been following the two humans ever since he was treated with the show of a strange duel between them. No wonder the prophets had sent him here. Not that it mattered now, since this...Invasion started his communications had shut down completely. That didn't mean he was going to abandon his mission.
Keeping quiet and invisible, he continued to follow the ever growing group.

Dante fired his pistols with deadly accuracy and finesse, the only sounds he could hear were the firing of his pistols and the screams of the dying demons. He looked over his shoulder and saw that everyone had gotten away safely. Satisfied, he holstered his pistols again and ran after them, beginning to easily catch up.

Once they were a safe distance away the knight stopped, bringing his horse to a standing position. It took a few minutes before Yami joined them at their safe vantage point.
"Sorry for the kidnapping," Yami apologised again as he offered the woman a hand down from Gaia's mount.

Fiora pursed her lips, eying off the man's hand, before choosing to dismount by herself.
"Presumptuous you would think that I would fidarsi you or anyone at a time like this."
With a flick of her wrist, her blade appeared again, her stance defensive.
"State your name."

These creatures are very aggressive Thel had though, he admired the fighting spirit in them however which is the only instance so far that Thel had not simply thought of them as weak cattle. They all seemed to have their own skill set which set them apart from the other ones he had seen in his months on this planet, that difference has now dictated the very fact that they remain alive. He couldnt help but have some respect for these beings.
He checked his wrist computer, tapped a few holograms and cursed. Still nothing. The comm line has been severed completely, he had openly hoped that it was his end, and not the Hierarchs'.
He followed the group still, keeping about a fifty meter tail, give or take.

Dante arrived with a skid and a cloud of dust and dirt. He quickly checked to see if everyone was alive and well, disguising it as a droll stare. He then noticed the girl, and that she was incredibly good looking. 'Hey there baby. What brings someone like you to Hell?'

Yami's defenses went up immediately when the girl pulled out her knife and threatened them. The knight that had saved her moved to cover him, while his puzzle gave a warning glow.
She was ungrateful and prideful, two character traits he couldn't abide by. He remained silent, letting Dante handle the matter, better he get knocked down a peg or two of being crude than he.
He maintained control for now, not wanting to place Yugi in the middle of this volatile situation.

Fiora immediately turned her attention to the newcomer. The spikey-haired man seemed too genuinely... meek to cause her any harm. She rose an eyebrow, not putting away her blade.
"I'm not your 'baby', Red," she replied, a quiet growl in her voice. "Why don't you learn to mind your own business."

Truly, this was very interesting. This human seemed to have a lot of pride in herself, that she turn on her saviours. In a way it was much like his own, however in his culture divulging into denial in very dishonourable. However, it was an interesting turn of events. Thel tried to get closer, checking his charge in his armour. 30% to go, he'd have to retreat temporarily to let it cool down, lest he be discovered.

Dante laughed at the girls wits. 'Demon hunting is my business, and business is good. You just happen to be here with us all. Besides, I need something pretty to look at while I'm doing my job.'
He hefted Rebellion onto his shoulder, cocky and relaxed.

Yami's attention began to waver, unexplainably drawn elsewhere. His puzzle was buzzing against his chest, as if trying to tell him something. He turned in a circle, eyes surveying the entire area, looking for something, though he wasn't quite sure what it was it wanted him to see. He SAW nothing, no matter how hard he looked, but he could FEEL someone - or something - out there.
"We are being watched," he growled, more for Dante's benefit than their new and less than cooperative female companion.
