[Tifa Lockhart]

Cloud dawdled behind as the others boarded the boat.

He didn't believe it.

Not one bit of it.
No one deserved this kind of punishment, even if they had committed wrong deeds. He'd learned from his time in AVALANCHE that brutality cannot be solved with brutality, it had to be solved with understanding... as it had been in his time when he brought Rufus Shinra to see that his company was harming the planet.
He didn't believe it and he hated it. It had to stop... this Sin rubbish.
He didn't want to see Yuna dance again either.

In silence he boarded the boat, but he went straight to the railing, unable to take his sights away from the ruins of Killika.

una felt fine with leaving Kilika for now. The villagers will take refuse in the temple in the middle of the island and begin rebuilding. Boats travel to this island everyday to supply food to store and there is enough water.

They were all on the boat again, off to Luca to the tournament. Feeling a bit tired, Yuna bunked down for the night, Lulu and Wakka too wanted to rest and left Tidus, Khimari and Cloud on top deck. It had been a long day for everyone.

Tidus was playing with a Blizball, practicing shots that he could remember. He looked around to see if anyone was watching, thankful that Cloud was on the other side of the boat as he probably would look stupid doing this. he had tried for years to do his dad's famous shot, but he could never do it. Kicking the ball up into the air with his foot he attempt the difficult shot that his father always teased him with. It was called the Jecht shot, as his father named it, it irritated him. Rebounding the ball off the boats rail in front of him he jumped into the air successful with the loop but when it came to the last part, Tidus didn't get enough power in or the right position to finish it.

Picking up the ball from the floor, Tidus was a bit disappointed.
"Where did you learn that?!" Wakka asked suddenly coming up to Tidus surprising him. Tidus frowned and shook his head.
"I did it wrong" he replied glumly. Wakka rubbed the back of his head in confusion.
"it still looked good though"

Cloud had been watching Tidus from the shadows as he tried to do his father's move. When he failed he gave a smirk. The boy was getting there slowly... he was a lot more like his father than he liked to be told.
Still smirking Cloud found a place to sit and rest his eyes until they reached Luca.

"Lady Yuna!" Some men came up to yuna as she was leaning on the rails the next morning with Tidus. Tidus had turned around first curious about the blokes. Yuna noticed it was the Kilika Blizball team, they had survived the disaster because they were training in the forest, but most had lost family's. The Men went to speak with Yuna but looked to Tidus who was as confused as they were. "Who is this?" One man asked.
"Uhh its.." Tidus was cut off almost instintly by the same man.
"Hey, your that idiot that was yelling this morning. Saying how Besaid is going to win the tournament"
"Don't call him that" Yuna warned not happy at all.
"Hey they are going to win!"Tidus rebuttled.
"Yer sure sure, The way you guys were carrying on this morning was all loser talk" The man said folding his arms, he was much taller than Tidus.
"They will win! cause they have a star blizball player from the Edge Abes on their side" Yuna spoke really getting angry with their attitude. A few of the males laughed and snickered behind their hands.
"Edge? I think you hit your head hard when Sin tipped this boat"The man laughed.
"Hey push off! " Tidus yelled flicking his arm for them to back up. The blizball player paused and then looked to Yuna who was fuming.
"I'm sorry, What ever the Lady Yuna says, sorry to upset either of you"The males bowed to Yuna and went off.
"Are you excited?" Yuna asked quickly changing the subject. Her smile growing back. Tidus was surprised by how fast she could transition between emotions, it scared him.
"Uhh yer, suppose. Wakka kinda gave me no choice though"

Cloud had come to join Yuna and Tidus when he heard the disturbance, arriving just as the other Blitzball players were leaving. He glanced with his cold blue gaze between the two of them, but said nothing to interrupt their conversation. Instead he looked out at the city of Luca... it was different, but there was something about the architecture that reminded him of somewhere... slowly it began to dawn on him.
This was the lands where Junon once was... they'd turned a bustling army fortress into a bustling waterside city... it was a strange concept, but he kind of liked the transformation.

Yuna smiled happily at the sight of Luca, she has always loved the city. Though more for the fact that everyone was able to get together and be jolly. it was rather busy but Yuna didn't mind. " Luca has changed a lot over the years" Yuna said feeling rather proud of what people have done with it. It had been damaged many years ago when Sin had returned from the summoner before her father, though it didn't take long to be repaired.

Tidus looked over to Luca and was surprised. He too never thought a place which use to be an army base would turn into a popular games arena. Climbing on the rails, he walked to the front of the boat to hold tight onto the rope as the boat began to travel it's way around Luca and dock at a site. Yuna hold in her giggle as Tidus balanced on the beam.

Wakka was getting his team together and Lulu had walked over to Cloud and Yuna, rolling her eyes at Tidus. " Blizball any interest of yours" Lulu asked not really showing any interest in it from her side. Lulu doesn't tend to watch the games anymore.

Cloud glanced at Lulu and shook his head.
"I went to a few games back when Tidus' father first started it... it was not big in my time." He smirked slightly, "I've never much been one for sports of any kind really." He watched Tidus with careful eyes, not wanting the boy to fall.

Lulu smiled lightly. " Would never of thought"

Yuna excitedly made her way off the boat with Wakka and his team following. "Come on Yuna, the maesters should be arriving soon!" he ran past the summoner, signalling her to follow. Tidus jump from the rail and stood by Cloud. "What are Maesters? " He asked Lulu.
" The guides to Spira, they bring order and calm to the land. The leaders of Yevon" Lulu said nothing more and wondered off the boat.
Tidus frowned and rubbed his hand through his hair and looked at Cloud.
"Religion?" Tidus asked.

Cloud looked to Tidus and nodded.
"There was a small cult during our time, but they had no real authority, i can only assume they grew in strength following our time." He was hesitant to say anything to final.
"People need someone to lead them, during our time, my friends and I were who people looked too. After that, they'd need someone else."

Tidus shrugged. "Bit weird trying to understand all this" Tidus replied not fully understanding how the religion could of become so powerful, though it probably what the people needed.

Yuna waved to the two boys on the boat and giggled light. "Are you coming?! The Maesters are here!" Yuna yelled with excitement. Lulu and Wakka had already gone ahead and people from the docks started gathering towards one that was a few down from where they had settled.

Cloud folded his arms, wondering whether it was a good idea for him to meet the religious leaders... it might cause some issues.
Eventually he gestured to Tidus and went over to join Yuna, taking up a position beside her, but a few steps behind.

The other dock was busy, most of the blizball teams had ran over to wait for Maester Mika. The boat had arrived but they were not setting down yet. Over the announcements the Luca commentator was introducing the teams.
" The Besaid Auroches are here once again, only a few dies hard fans have turned out to cheer them on as in 23 years, this team have NEVER made it passed the first round!" Wakka folded his arms in disapproval.
Arhh... it's like this every year" He grumbled. The next announcement came for the Luca goers, a crowd of several dozen had already formed at their dock next to the maesters.
"EVERY one has turned out to watch the goers defend their cup" Tidus grumbled with Wakka until he spied a speaker phone which a male was holding to call the announcements. he backed away from the group quickly and snatched the phone.
"Yer you might be laughing now but Besaid is taking home that cup this year! watch out you goers. HA!" Yelled yelled into the speaker phone as he stood on a few crates and directing his voice over to the other dock where the Luca Goers were disturbed.
"Get down you luny!" Wakka said pulling Tidus from the crates. "You've got courage"
"hey we got some attention though, look we were on the sphere!" said one of Wakka's team mates. Tidus quickly hid the speaker phone from the man who had been blocked by the crowed that was forming up again. Yuna tried to get closer to the front as the band started up.

Cloud rolled his eyes in an exasperated fashion as Tidus stole the announcers microphone and told pretty much the whole of Luca that he intended to win... he had to make things worse for himself didn't he?
Sighing he turned to Yuna who was struggling to get through the crowd.
"Would you like me to clear a path for you Lady Yuna?" He offered in his calm, hushed voice.

Yuna stood on her tippy toes but shook her head. "No I'm fine here" She said calmly. She didn't want really to push in. These people had every right to be here as she did. "Thankyou though"

Tidus looked to the boat where a tall man began descending the ramp, he was dressed in blue and purple and had long blue hair. He looked like a human but somehow was different. Tidus thought he looked a bit silly.
"Isn't he a Guado?" One man in front said.
"Thats Maester Seymour" The other said back. The blue haired man turned slight to the boat and bowed low, everyone in the crowd following including Yuna, Lulu and Wakka. Tidus now felt weird not doing what ever they were doing. he tried to copy but he hardly got to start before the rest finished, so he gave up.
"Luca welcomes Maester Mika and congratulates him on 50 years as a high Maester of Spira" The announcer said as an old man began to come down the stairs.

Khimari and Cloud both stood completely motionless not bowing to the Maesters as they disembarked, so they stood out just a little... not that they didn't already with their unusual appearances.
Cloud wasn't really impressed by these men... they didn't seem like anyone particularly important to him.
"Fifty years?" The blonde whispered, "I'm guessing that's a long time."
Khimari just grunted in reply.
