(By the way she didn't have sex with him yet... Romans were not allowed to do that until they were wed)

Once the Prince had left her quarters to attend to his other wives, meanwhile Eliah had one last time to altur her wedding dress before the full moon in two days. The door was open for her where the tailers were waiting for her. The dress was made of pure silk and linen lace. She would wear nothing but gold with the white gown. Standing still so the ladies could made their last ajustments and soon enough Eliah was headed off again. Eliah had accepted her fate to the Empire and it feels like Damitrious never walked these halls. Rome was so forward and advanced. As she walked down the hall she thought about the wedding.. she can't do anything to stop it and if she tried she would be killed for treason.
"Lady Eliah!" Razililsus called after her before running up to meet her. Eliah stopped and hid her hands behind her back.
"I want to speak with you this afternoon... also my father would like a few words."Eliah nodded and continued to walk.

Having finished the platter, Aloysius stayed in the kitchens to hear of what had been taking place in the palace, to his surpprise he found that the lady Eliah was to be wed the prince Razililsus in 2 days on the end of the moon. Though he knew of the wedding he did not expect it to be so soon, Razililsus' other wives had apparently caused an uproar when the announcement was made and made a point of informing all in the household that Eliah was nothing but a socail climber. Aloysius neither believed it or considered the thought as Eliah and Damitrious had been in love since the day they met.

The Priests hall was empty when she entered, thankful that she could pray in peace. Kneeling upon the floor, Eliah held her hands lightly together and went into deep thought. Praying for harmony, strenght and wisedom through this time. The eye's of her lost love, and the protection from those who wish to hurt Rome or heself. Eliah was praying a lot than usually, it was the only thing that she could do. She prayed for the soliders going to battle and to hope that they all come back. Her hope was holding her together through this time and alone in this Empire without any relation, she didn't have much control.

Having eaten his fill and heard all that had taken place the past days, Aloysius wondered aimlessly through the palace, when he saw none in sight he presumed the court to be busy today and so thought there no poing in remaining here. On his way out of the palace he was met by one of the messengers who had been sent to collect him from his home,
"The emperor requests that you are to be present in the throne room for political reasons" He thought it odd that he was to be included in the politics and so went to investigate. Upon ariving he found the entire royal party in attendance, with the exception of Eliah, it would seem that although she had been told to join them she was not present as of yet.

Walking towards the Throne room, Eliah could hear the gossip from those inside. coming in from the side door so she wouldn't be noticed she took a seat beside the others wives of the sons. They all gave her a stare before returning to fan themselves.

When the emperor was informed that Eliah had arived, he stood, as did all in the court, and drew their attension to her,
"Ah, lady Eliah, so glad that you could join us finally" When the emperor again sat all followed suit. "As you and Razililsus are to suceed my empress and myself in thr running of our empire, we saw fit to bring together the family" Looking around, Aloysius noticed that only the family was present, not even the emperors advisers were in the room and that lead him to wonder why he was here all the more.

Eliah slide a bit down her chair as the family turned to glare at her. Embarrest, she stayed silent.
"It is only a few sunrises before the greatest day in Roman history so far. My children, Rome is almost at the top of the hill above those who are not worthy of their land. All that had betrayed us has fallen to ourpower and now a new age is to begin." Prince Razililsus wives interupted once they stood up asking for them to speak. Eliah was scared when they did so, she knew they wanted to get her out of this wedding and out of the palace though if all goes well she may be stripped of her vow and allowed her freedom.
"We have suspision to Lady Eliah breaking the oath to her viginity before that of her great bond." the others stood in agreeance and the whole room rambled in shock. Eliah remained silent, holding her tounge. The Emperor turned to his son giving him a glare before returning to his wives.
"Speak my children, though be warned of any lies upon you" They did so.
"We have witness to Eliah having provoked Prince Razililsus in his drunken state to acompany her to her chambers where they didn't arise till morning." More gossip and gasps came from the family. Eliah held back, still seated but a single tear passing her cheeks.

Watching Eliah as she was accused of being nothing more than a common harlot, she said nothing against her cause, she just sat in silence and aloowed the comments to pass around the room by the family. As more around the room stood to agree with the wives, Aloysius could see how deep the dislike ran in this family, even the far extended family stood against her,
"The temptress has allowed more than the prince to warm her bed!" Still Eliah said naught,
"She should be returned to the streets, she brings shame upon the royal house"
"Eliah is an insult to Rome" Though the crowed continued, Eliah said naught, but was said next enraged Aloysius greatly.
"It be her fault that the prince Damitrious is dead!" Standing up as his rage was taking over he once again slammed his fist down, but the Emperor bet him to it.

"Enough! My family, Calm yourselves! Eliah be this true?" The Emperor settled his family and looked towards his future daughter. Eliah stood strong and look him direstly in the eye.
"I have nothing to say"The crowd gasp again into a roar.
"She admits it, throw her into the dirt and curse the day you brought her into this family" Eliah sat back down hands on her lap.
"Damitrisuis would be ashamed!"

Once again the emperor called for silence,
"Aloysius, I wish to have your opinon on this matter, as none on my kindred are able to be civilised" he was stunned to be acknowledge. Bowing to the emperor he looked over at Eliah who was saying nothing for or against herself, the palace was no place for her to be at this moment.
"I believe highness that at this time the lady should be removed from palace life for a time being and placed under guard" As the emperor appeared not to like or dislike the plan, he continued, "It be not right at this time to have a wedding as the royal party are in dissagreement about her remaining here." Quietness fell over the room as the emperor contemplated.
"If Eliah agrees, she shall be placed in your care and sent to Florence" This was not what he had expected him to say and so went to speak, but was silenced.

At the sound of Aloysius's name, Eliah lifted her head to look upon him, not knowing why he was here. The wives seemed reasonalbly pleased with the removal of Eliah, so they didn't interupt and watched. When the Emperor spoke of her leave to be under Aloysius's care, she wanted to leave the room. They knew that she disliked the man, though if so the wedding would be delayed and giving Eliah time out of the city of rome. The Emperor looked towards Eliah for her answer. Her face was in shock and finding it hard to find her response. Resistant though Eliah agree'd.

Clapping his hands together the emperor stood, as did everyone else "So it is agreed, as it is early you shall both leave today" With that said the room dispersed leaving only a few people, along with Eliah and himself. Making his way over to her he went to explain,
"Im sorry, I thought it the only way to allow your character to be established"

Eliah did not move until Aloysius came to speak with her, standing up put her palm up to get him to silence.
"Stop it, this is my wrong" eliah took her leave but spoke back to him from the door.
"I will meet you down at the enterance when i am ready" Passing through the open door she went to gather her things to prepare her departure for Florance.

Waiting until Eliah had exited the room, Aloysius took his time in walking to his quarters within the town, packing only what he needed, he headed back to the palace, all well before the lady was finished.

Once ready, she began to head down to the enterance. Razililsus met her on the way wanting to speak with her but Eliah just put up her hand in silence and continued on. Most had come to see them off, Eliah came down the stairs the horses already saddled for the journey.
