Holy is a very pure spell... although i always had used it as a offensive action. Never seen it be used like that, but it does do well against dark magic? I would have to say then that the world 'exploding' would be very dark indeed.

A simple ice spell or something would be more reasonable. Holy is only used for catastrophic events that affect the very life of the entire Planet.

In Aerith, Yuna and Yuffie's earthly dimension it is... Tifa goes there a lot.. she 'drops' her wings and pretends to be a barlady.... i'll never quite understand the appeal...

Likewise, ma'am. That said, I myself enjoy travelling down there to see what the world is like in different dimensions. I suppose I can't say I've seen them all, so it shouldn't surprise me that that kind of magic is available to some people.
On the subject of different dimensions, it pains me to see that so many are war-torn and battle scarred.
