With a heavy sigh, Tidus squeezed Yuna's hand back, walking out to the group, which he observed now also contained Zack, holding who he could only assume was Aerith, as well as a new blue-clad woman.
Aerith held onto the fabric of Zack's vest, face buried in the material that covered his chest. She finally looked up when she heard footsteps in the sand, green eyes glassy.
"Oh, hi Yuna... Tidus... you're who we're looking for, huh?"
She attempted a smile.

Zack tried to wipe the glare from his face and offer Tidus a smile, but it was a rather unconvincing gesture.
"Sorry about this." He murmured, "Some high and mighty goddess gets her nickers in a twist and we all get dragged offworld." His voice was kept low and was filled with malice.
((I'm not gonna attack Rinoa and Squall for something that isn't their fault.))

Squall turned to face Tidus and Yuna, Rinoa following suit, a smile on her face as she stepped forward. She put a hand forward as she introduced herself. 'Rinoa Heartilly, Sorceress. Pleased to meet you, Mr..?'

(( sorry i was a bit tired last night XD))
Yuna gave a small brave smile to Aerith but it quickly died away. "I wish it weren't..." Yuna whispered lightly.
Cloud rolled his eyes, not really having the time for everyone to get acquainted. "It's Tidus and Yuna, Guardian's of Spira... Right lets go then" Cloud said stubbornly as he made his way to jump off the small cliff.

Tidus opened his mouth to reply to the blue-clad woman's question, but glanced up to Cloud as he interrupted. He looked back to Rinoa to shake her hand.
"Yeah, Tidus... Like Cloud said."
Aerith was a little surprised by Cloud's bluntness. He hadn't behaved like that in quite a long while. Perhaps the stress was getting to him...
She reached out to take Yuna's hand gently, recognising her expression immediately.
"I know how you feel," she said softly.
"We'll make sure this is over soon..."

Squall followed after Cloud, landing with a light thud and a roll.
Rinoa shook hands with Tidus, waved to Yuna, then turned to follow Squall and Cloud.
'Better try and keep up to them, I guess.' she laughed as she fell down the cliff and glided down to join the Knights.

Tifa sighed, mumbling an apology for Cloud's behaviour before dashing off after the blonde.
Zack said nothing, but steered Aerith after the others once she was done greeting Yuna and Tidus. He didn't really consider apologising for his cold-shoulder, because he didn't really realise he was doing it.

Yuna looked to Tidus and gave a sigh before following the group that was now heading towards a war. She looked back to her hand and frowned, she hoped she would be home soon.
Cloud waited for everyone to catch up first before he was considering entering the portal again. He looked to Squall and folded his arms. " no more to pick up on our trip?"[b/] Cloud said dully.
