"Reaching as i fall" Amelia whispered when she realised the song. How could they know this song. She thought that she was the only one that adored it. Shaking her head with a smile she realised that most of her class had flooded outside the music room, even Miss Finch. Amelia stayed alone in the Art room as the silence here was good, with just the background music. Her hand was still running over the paper when she realised what she was drawing. Taking down her canvas she erased all the pencil lines and began copying her latest inspiration onto it.

William opened his eyes and sighed with a smile. Turning around, he gave Darren a high five and then gave Lucy a rub on the back.
'That was awsum.' Darren said as he stretched his back. William smiled, having forgot about most of his problems, but he froze when he saw the art room crowded outside the msic door. He felt embarresed. Had miss finch come to growl at them? Had he pushed the line by siging?
'Sing another!' someone shouted and Darren gave his drums and beat. William groaned and went to say no, but then Darren began.
William picked up his guitar and turned braced himself. 'And this is how it feels when i, ignored the words you spoke to me, and this is where i loose myself, when i keep running away from you.'
William's mind began to wonder. Why were they even listening? They were no where near as good as the real band, but, he suposed, that with them not knowing what song they were playing, it weighed in their favour. It was all a blur and William wanted to stop, but, as he looked past the crowd, he could see Amelia, alone in the art room, drawing franticly and he smiled, wondering if she hated it or liked it, either way, he was going to keep playing now to find out.

Humming the tune that played in the background, Amelia was very good at landscape drawings so she tried to interpret that into the drawing along with keeping with the idea that was given to her for the assignment. She wanted to get the paints out now and continue but when she looked at her watch the bell was going to go in five mintues so she began to pack up.

Breathe!'
The song stopped abruptly again and William gasped to catch his breath. The class outside clapped before they all moved away as miss finch 'shooed' them. William gave a broken grin as he looked back at Darren and Lucy. Only they knew how to make him...alive. Will spun around as the door opened and Mr Todd and Miss Finch walked in. Miss finch was smiling.
'Seems we have some talent here, mr todd.' she said. Mr todd noded and went to speak to Darren and Lucy. Miss finch smiled and stood beside Will, a head shorter.
'Seems you have a fan to.' miss finch said and nudged her head towards the art room, to Amelia. William packed away with a smile.
A fan. Yeah right. she was probably disgusted that they were disturbing her class. The bell rang and William sighed.
Purhaps he could stay here all day, he knew Mr todd could use some help with the youngsters, they didnt have enough money to replace any more guitars or claranets.

Grabbing her bag she budged open the Art room door to walk out towards the place where Lucy said to meet her. She was in quiet a happy mood. She knew exactly what she was going to do for her assignment and she was excited about it. Amelia had History next, another Subject that she had no idea who was in her class. Sighing she waited for Lucy, hoping that she wouldn't be long, she was hungry.

Lucy finished talking with mr Todd and gave Darren a peck on the cheek.
'Where you off to so fast?'
'Im meeting Amelia for lunch.' she said and turned to will, who had flinched slightly but sat down, tuning the row of guitars. Sighing, she quickly grabbed her books and ran out to see Amelia waiting, and she smiled.
'Hey!' she said with a grin and stood next to Amelia. She fumbled with her books but caught them and gave a nervous giggle. 'So, how was art?' she asked, trying not to make Amelia uncomfortable.

Amelia waved back a smile on her face. "Very.. interesting. Kinda spent most of it by myself" She replied happily. "You guys are very good, but i thought you were going to be the only one today" Amelia asked a little confused even though she already knew the answer.

Lucy smiled.
'Spose thats what happens when the rest of the class is peeking through the music rooms door.' she said with a satisfied smirk. Lucy was going to thank Amelia, but she cringed.
'Yes, i thought i was going to be alone today aswell. Spose i am. Darren is going home, and Will, well, i dont know. Maybe you will see him in maths, maybe not.' she said. Quickly, she abruptly changed the topic when she saw Cassie. She hid her face slightly and smiled at Amelia.
'Do you really think we're good?' she asked, refering to the music.

Amelia was confused a bit but when she saw Cassie she was going to wave though her suppose friend ignored her and walked straight to her locker with her followers. She frowned but looked back to Lucy. "Well i haven't really heard a band live before, so you guys are in my top 5." eventhough the other 4 positions were open, she didn't really want to seem like she didn't like music. She loved it.

Lucy smiled warmly.
'Thanks, you have got no idea how that makes me feel, confident, coming from some one, like you.' she straightened her face suddenly. 'Not thats your bad or different or anything, i didnt mean it like that, i was just saying-' she was cut short when Cassie strolled up to her. Lucy coward and seemed to shrink down. She was so ugly compared to Cassie.
'Hi Lucy.' she almost spat. she looked towards Amelia. 'Hi Amelia. Any way, Lucy, have you seen Will today?'
'Will? Um, no i hant actually. You know what day it is today, so he's probably,' Again Lucy stopped short, thinking of Amelia. She gave a hesitant grin to Cassie, who raised an eyebrow disapointedly.
'Right, how silly for me to ask.' she said, and gave a toothy smirk to Amelia.

Amelia wondered why Lucy was so stiff around Cassie. Amelia watched them talk for a while and wondered why Lucy lied about Will not being here. Amelia wasn't so still around Cassie, she didn't intimidate her at all. Smiling back to Cassie, Amelia had a strange feeling that Will was avoiding something today, but what was it. "Cassie? Do you mind if i sit with Lucy today, your table is already kinda full and i didn't was to intrude " Amelia asked a little scared if she would hurt Cassie's feelings.

Cassie suddenly stopped smirking, staring at Amelia in confusion. Glancing down at Lucy, Cassie glared slightly but then smiled and giggled to Amelia.
'Not a problem. And lucy,'
Lucy reluctantly looked up.
'Its not good to keep secrets from friends.' she said and laughed, almost satanicly. Lucy flinched at that. Not good to keep secrets. As soon as Cassie and paraded off, Lucy looked back at Amelia and gave a nervous smile. 'You didnt have to do that.' she said, thinking of how Amelia didnt point out that Will was actually here, and to sit with her instead of Cassie. But it gave Lucy an upper hand over Cassie, in a wierd sort of way.

"Too be honest, i don't think Cassie likes me anyway." She said a little dissappointed though smiled. "What did she mean about ' secrets' " Amelia had to ask. She has only been around two days and everything was getting too confusing.

Her face grimanced, as if she had been burnt.
'Im not meant to talk about it, but-' Lucy was debating whether or not Will would allow it, but Lucy couldnt see any harm. Unless she was 'working' with Cassie. She knew this was probably annoying Amelia.
'She meant that its not good, because, it can hurt a lot of people. Both mental...and physicaly.' she said sadly and quickly moved to her locker and stuffing her books away. In her locker, she looked up at a group photo of all her friends, taken three months before hand. Lucy sighed and smiled, not wanting to scare Amelia, if she wanted to know, she would tell her, and Will would just have to take it on Lucy.

Amelia raised an eyebrow but decided to just pass on it. If Lucy did want to tell her than that was fine with her. They only just met. Keeping her bag with her, Amelia waited for Lucy at her locker. " Lucy? you don't mind me hanging out with you right? I really don't want to feel as i'm pushing my way in' Amelia kinda invited herself to sit with Lucy, not really asking permisson and she felt a little weird about it.
