The ladies followed in Euan, Leticia guided Annora over to the emperor and gave her silent instructions on what she should do. Leticia then left her place by Annora and took it up behind Euan and went about seeing to his usual wishes.

Annora silently stood besides the imposing emperor and poured him a glasss of wine, placing it beside him, she stood back and held the jug with both hands infront of her.

The Emperor took up his wine glass when it was place in front of him, taking a long sip.
"We need to send another army to England.. things are getting.. a little out of hand. " A dark red haired man said who was twice the size of Euan.. which was remarkably tall considering Euan's height. He was one of his fathers most trusted men, and his strength was one part of that trust.
The emperor slammed down his glass when it ran empty and tore the parchment from the table. "We were going to send you!" Euan's father spoke out in a burst of rage, pointing his finger across the room to where the male sat. "Though most of us including myself find it hard to even consider sending you out to a task due to your lack of attendance here!"

Euan stood from his chair, his eyebrows forming an expression of shock. "what?! Your not letting me go cause I didn't turn up to those pathetic training sessions!" Euan clutched his fists as he tried to suppress his anger. "I can handle a army father..."
"Plus most of us find that sending the only heir to the throne on a mission such as this would risk the future of the Empire.." A small middle aged male spoke out who sat beside his father, on the left.
"So do you expect me to just stay here in Rome the rest of my life?" Euan shook his finger back. "What was the point to all that training I DID, I am at the point of my talent and I swear i cannot learn more so why deprive me of this privileged?"
The Emperor grabbed his glass and tapped it hard on the table, wanting a refill. His back was hunched still as he clenched his teeth together.

The room suddenly became very tense as the two men began to shout at one another, she fixed Annora with a stare hopping that she would realise that the emperor was signalling to her that he needed a refill. She was about to take a step to do it herself but stopped short of seeing the girl join reality once more.

Annora quickly refilled his glass when the slam brought her attentions back to the room, looking over at Leticia she gave her an appologetic look and resumed her place just behind the emperor holding the jug and keeping a steady eye on the glass.

"Don't argue with me boy, i am in a foul mood!" The Emperor argued back as she reached for his now refilled glass, glancing slightly at the woman who stood behind him. She had a familiar wave to her hair, and the colour reminded him of another years back. He had to do a double take before shaking off the thought and returning to the room.

"Your always in a foul mood! Can't you just let me go, i am old enough to be sent out!" Euan threw his arms up in the air to make a statement. " I feel like a .." The Emperor cut him off mid sentence. "One more word out of you and i will make sure you don't step out side of these walls until your crowning!"
Euan stared his father, he took holding his teeth together so no more words may come out of his mouth that might get him in more trouble.
"right now that thats decided... shall we organize my departure?" The Emperor said as he took up another sip of his wine.

Placing a hand on Euan's shoulder, Leticia lent down and had a quiet word in his ear,
"Perhaps it would be wise to heed his wishes, the more the goes to war, the closer he gets to death" Removing her hand and standing up straight she held her position once more.

"We have organised for you to be guided across to the boat awaiting for you before crossing England's water" The middle aged man spoke again, coughing to clear his throat.
"Good... the sooner we sent off the quicker this mess will be solved."

Euan tried not to snap at Leticia. "I do not wish him dead" Euan loved his father though it was in some instances such as these that cause the boy to resent him. His father was always there for him and new he could be the best he could be.. but it seems of late since he came back from his last meeting across to their allies that the Emperor has been seeing his son in a different view.

The Emperor placed down his empty glass once again but cupped his hand over it, not requiring a drink. "I shall ride to meet the army up north in a few days. " The Emperor said as he pushed back his medium length grey hair.

This time when the glass was empty, she was ready to refill it again, but stepped back just as quickly when the Emperor placed is hand over the opening. Lowering her head once more she stepped back and waited for him to exit the room, Leticia had told her to wait his instructions to see if her required any more assistance.

Bowing her head, she tilted hers slightly upwards, though Euan held his father in high regards, Leticia could not help but resent the man for every breath that he took. Never would she let on why, but he had shamed her mother greatly and caused her to never receive offers from a male suiter to take them away from this dreadful place. But alas, Euan was her greatest friend within these walls and would do as he said.

The table full of men who most had stayed quite, all stood from their chairs and bowed to their Emperor. "we shall meet again before the Emperor rides The large male said as they began to depart the room. Euan stayed in his seat until he watched his father walk out with his comrades taking a look back to Annora and giving a long stare before the doors closed behind him. It was but Euan and the girls in the almost empty room again. He looked up Leticia from where he sat and laughed. " I love meetings."

Slumping herself in the seat beside Euan, Leticia gave a lop-sided smile and held her head, which was heavy from all of the talking.
"Hopefully someday there will be little to talk about and the trivias of the day not so harsh as somes tongue" Taking up a position behind the prince from her seat she began to massage his shoulders to relax him, "And I fear if you do not calm your body you shall errupt, why do you not go down to the baths?"

Annora still holding the jug quietly made her way over to Leticia and Euan, coming to stand slightly behind them, staying as quiet as possible she voiced her opinion on the matter to,
"Leticia is right, if you dont mind my syaing so, your state of mind and physical body cannot be utilised to their fullest if you are not able to relax" Lowering her eyes as her voice she continued before trailing off, "My father was once an army general and so I find his words befitting to your..current cause..."

Euan gave a heavy sigh, dropping his shoulders when Leticia began to massage them. " Never mind that..". The Prince heaved himself from the chair to stretch his back before turning to the two ladies. "There is plenty time for rest later... but now i owed Annora a tour of the grounds" He said as he moved his hand to to push the two towards the door.

At Euans touch both of the ladies turned around, following Leticia's suit, Annora fell back a step and took up Euans arm as well
"I am honored really, but I pray you must not feel obliged"

"I want to... It's not a chore" Euan laughed slightly as they left the room and made their way out to the gardens first. "I consider this a treat i must say though.. " Euan said letting a smirk grow on his face.

Taking in the stupid look on Euans face she rolled her eyes and giggled on the inside,
"You only consider this a treat because you are in the company of ladies as always" Annora though nervous could hardly believe the claim and so stayed silent and continued to walk.

"You would think that i would think it now boring too, considering how many uhh.."[b/] Euan stopped himself before he dug himself a bigger hole. He pointed over to the fountain in the north of the garden trying to distract their minds. " That fountain has been here since the palace was built, it's one of my favourite pieces out in the gardens..." Euan leaned over to Annora and whispered lightly. "It's also almost completely surrounded by tree's and unguarded"

The heat rose quickly to her cheecks, there was no way that should could not show that she was blushing, her she was fresh on the continent and already she had a man of wealthy standing looking to take advantage fo her, perhaps she sould of listened to her mother more?
"Thank you, I find that information most useful, for surely I shall enjoy the pleasures of these gardens"

Unable to catch the words that were said, Lecitia listened more intsensly for a response from Annora which was forthcoming.
