GENERAL RULES
1) If you have a legitimate problem, tell a staff member and we'll do our best to help you sort it out.
2) Try to keep foul language to a minimum. If the character you are playing cusses a lot, so be it, but try not to curse every few words as we don't want to offend others.
3) Do NOT use any form of net speak in the Roleplay category.
4) Do not copyright. It should be obvious but apparently it's not. Pearly Gates is not to be copied in ANY form on any forum.
ROLEPLAY RULES
1) Personal Roleplays (PRPs) are between just those members in the thread's title. But members are always welcome to personal message (PM) other members to request setting up a PRP together.
2) Do as little as you have to to other peoples characters (unless you have permission).This is called god-moding. Ie:Do not move them or speak for them, remember that they have their own mouths and minds.
3) New members should be aware that most, if not all Roleplays are written in first or third person and full prose form. (ie. proper story format and not action based with *Aerith hugs Sparkles*)
4) Before you role-play in a roleplay thread you must put a profile for your character and it must be approved by the 'RP Master' of that roleplay unless it is clear that the RP Master does not mind if you do one or not, or would prefer you didn't (such as in the Halo Roleplay).
5) Don't give anyone bad criticism on their role-playing skills. You can make suggestions, but don't oevrdo it, and it'd be much nicer in a PM than in the open for everyone to see. Not everyone is an expert and this forum doesn't discriminate.
6) Follow any other rules designated by your RP Master.
