Yuna, Aerith & Tifa

[The Painted Lady]

Aerith reached up on the tips of her toes to kiss Zack softly. She wanted to say everything would be alright... but she just didn't know.

Tidus grinned.
"It's what I'm here for, right?"

Tseng returned not long after.
"Rufus says he will be here at eight sharp tomorrow morning," he announced quietly.

Aerith released Zack gently, moving over to the Turk, kissing his cheek.
"Thank you for that..."

Cloud felt a little silly, though Tifa's laugh made him smile before he got the attention of the others. They stood waiting for his directions. "Right if you would all follow me.." Cloud asked as he began to make his way out of the room.

"Sure thing..." Rikku said being the first to follow before Yuna, Cid and Buddy. Gippal snuck over to the dark haired woman and stood casually. " I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name, though I'm sure it would be lovely" Gippal asked the girl with the good posture, large eyes, and ... <.<, and sweet smile.

Tifa blinked slightly and blushed, turning her crimson orbs onto the strange blonde. Was he flirting with her.
"Tifa." She replied with a kind smile, deciding to humour him, he was charming enough, "And you are Gippal, yes?"

Zack turned as Tseng approached, giving him a smile and a thumbs up.
"Thanks Tseng. I appreciate it."

"Let's get you into a bed, hm?" Aerith said softly, stroking his cheek.

Tseng paused, before nodding.
"Okay..." he said quietly.
Usually he would have been at least a little bit awkward about Aerith's treatment, but he didn't even shift on his feet... a sign that the Turk was desperate for comfort.

Aerith took Tseng's hand tightly in hers, reaching her other out for Zack to take.

Gippal smiled back and shifted on his feet. "Leader of Spira" He said proudly, even though he was only.. ONE of the leaders. "So what does a beautiful woman like yourself do around here" Gippal spoke with her at the back of the group as they made their way to their accomidation.
Rikku looked back through the group as she walked to see if she could find Gippal, though when her eyes rested on the black haired girl she had to grumble under her breath and try and ignore it. Yuna looked to Rikku when she heard a rather strange noise, her cousin was in a strange mood but all she could do was giggle under her hand.

Cloud looked back every few times to check if they were still following and not wondering off to other places and investigating. Though when he peered back for the third time he spotted Tifa at the back of the group with Gippal. He was very uncomfortable with the situation but Tifa was smiling, he didn't want to interrupt that, though the male made him want to take tifa up the front with him.

Tifa giggled just slightly, trying not to look like she was enjoying herself too much.
"I'm a barmaid." She said casually, putting her hands behind her back and tilting her head, "I run a bar in Edge, called Seventh Heaven." She smiled, "But i helped save Gaia from Shinra... it was quite some time ago now." She liked this man's forward speech and his positive attitude.

Zack was a little hesitant to take Aerith's hand, trying very hard to fight away his jealousy for Tseng's sake. Finally he took Aerith's hand and nodded.

Aerith entwined her fingers tightly with Zack's, squeezing his hand gently. On her other side, Tseng walked close to her, his shoulders still a little slumped forward.
"Will you be okay by yourself?" Aerith asked him gently.

Tseng nodded.
"Of course... I can manage," he said with a brief twitch of a smile.

"Barmaid aye? Would never of thought" Gippal said with a smile still on his face.

After following Cloud through a small part of Junon they soon came to the Barracks on the other side of the city, on the cliff face closest to the sea. They entered a hall that had doors on each side, and small lights were brightening the pathway and the hall was large rather than cramped. "I wouldn't recommend wondering Junon, as it is rather complicated and we would want any of you to get lost. It's best we all gets some rest though "[b/] Cloud said his eyes flicking to Gippal and Tifa at the back.
"Ohhh! I'm bunking with Paine!" Rikku said hugging her friend tightly and rushing off ahead to find herself and her Gullwing a room."

Zack said nothing, his ability to speak to Tseng seemed to only exist when they were alone, whether it was out of bravado or some other reason.

Tifa simply smiled pleasantly when Gippal made his observation and Cloud finally arrived at their lodgings.
"The beds are as comfortable as possible... the accommodations might not be first class but... well... we'd love to offer you better." Tifa said with a sad smile.

Paine groaned as Rikku hugged her and then darted off to find a room. Why could she foresee many LONG nights ahead?

"I'll get you some more blankets," Aerith said to Tseng as they reached his room, squeezing both his and Zack's hands before letting them go.

"No, Aerith. Really, it's--" the Turk started, but it was fruitless - Aerith was already gone.

[Yuna Braska]

"Everything should be fine" Yuna spoke, not really worried about the place that they are staying. Plus if the guys didn't agree with it, they could always just go sleep on the ship. Though Yuna would rather if they all stayed together.

Cloud looked down the hall one more time before walking back the other way. " Tomorrow then" Cloud said as he walked past Tifa and allowed the others to get comfortable in their rooms and sleep. Gippal looked to his new friend and lifted her hand gently. " Well you know where i will be if your ever afraid of the dark." Gippal spoke as he kissed her hand gently and went off to find himself a room, Buddy and Cid had already gone into a room and discussions could be heard from the one Rikku sprinted into.

Tifa was slightly startled when Gippal kissed her hand and made his smooth departure. Blushing she turned to run after Cloud, stopping when she was beside him again.
"They all seem pretty friendly." She said with a smile.

Zack watched Aerith go, snickering to himself as the Turk protested in vain.
"You'd never get her to stop you know." He said, turning blue eyes onto the suited man, "She enjoys taking care of people. Her friends in particular."

Tseng sighed, more in exasperation than self-pity.
"I've never allowed myself to be subjected to it before like this... I guess I'll have to have to learn her... quirks."

Cloud moaned a less enthusiastic groan in response. Yes they were friendly, some a little too friendly for Cloud. He continued to walk down the hall through the barracks. "Did you like them" Cloud asked with his eyes straight forward as they walked.

"Didn't you?" Tifa replied, slightly surprised. She knew Cloud was a little anti-social... but not THIS bad surely?

Zack looked at Tseng and sighed, shaking his head.
"Is it so bad to have someone want to help you Tseng?"
