[Elario Luminus]

THE PLOT
Resident Evil's Wesker, who in the past infected himself with the T-Virus (giving him telekinesis, psychokinesis, regeneration, super strength and speed, short range teleportation and immortality), has survived through time sometime in the 23rd Century, where the Alpha and Beta "Timeshift" suits have been built. Having stolen the Alpha "Shift-suit", Wesker begins his global domination plans by influencing the time-space continuum to his benefit.

Through this, branches of time are being altered. Strong-willed people from each time and place have realised that some things are awry in their time and space.

Wesker has built himself an army of androids, genetically and physically based on creatures and soldiers he has encountered over time periods and branches, including creatures from the Halo "Covenant", the Crysis "Ceph", Mass Effect's "Geth", and Gears of War's "Locust". His army's outposts each possess their own Generals, also collected from their region in time.

THE SETTING
Timeshift's Beta suit occupant (hereby referred to as "Shifter") travels through time, collecting the strong-willed people who realise something isn't right in their time. Shifter's HQ shall be located where whoever takes the role of Shifter wishes to have it.

Suit Abilities: Armour enhancements that enable him to run much faster, form an energy shield that regenerates the health of all that's inside it, boost his shields that they're impervious for a few seconds, and create a dummy copy of himself. These all must be used separately.

Weapons: Combat knife, shotgun, assault rifle.

Time Period: The year 2550 AD, in the Halo Strand of the timeline.

Personality: Rigid and to the point, Acheron won't lie to you. If he feels it might jeopardise a squad-mate, there's a possibility of omitting some facts, however. The military is all he knows; it's his very purpose for living. As such, he doesn't really have much in the way of humour or impulsiveness. He's loyal to those in his team, and won't leave them behind if he knows he can save someone. If a civilian is in trouble, or needs assistance, then he'll be right there as soon as he possibly can be.

Other: During the shift into an alternate time, he was piloting an Albatross dropship. It contained a small armoury, a med-bay, and was carrying a semi-functional Scorpion tank, which he's made his current task to repair.

*The weapon on her tail shoots super-heated plasma – when not fighting, she forms it into a design like a huge spiked arrow at the end of her tail.
*One of the weapons on her right shoulder is a particle canon (the top one) and the other two are for shooting super-heated plasma – forms onto her back, hidden under her plates when not in use.
*The small delicate weapons on her face are short-distance lasers. She can use these to whatever intensity she wants whether that be very weak (won’t burn skin) or very powerful (would cut through glass and steel)
*Camouflage (She has to concentrate very hard when she's moving as she visually blurs the surroundings - she's working on that.)
*Brilliant eyesight – she has eyes that can see to the distance of a hand-held telescope.
*The ability to manoeuvre like a snake at whip-fast speed.
*Under-water ‘breathing’ and swimming.
*She can emit a screech that has the effect of an EMP, thus disabling all electronics and can access electronic appliances with her mind.
*Her armour is at the strength of adamantium.

Personality
Sam is a hard nut to crack. She is incredibly sarcastic and her temper is often flared because she is easily offended; she chooses anger to show her emotions as tears aren’t a practical possibility. But that’s only when people don’t know her. When they do, they realise that she has a decent sense of humour, if not a bit ill-placed, and a devilish imagination. She seemingly has no understanding of personal space and she enjoys a good tease. She has a fondness for small animals, though most scamper off when they see her. She is also not fond of getting dirty or heights and has arachnophobia.

History
Sam was a normal human girl, obsessed with fairies and scared of spiders. She loved her mother and thought her dad was the strongest superhero around. That was until she turned 8 and was diagnosed with acute leukaemia. By the time the doctors found and identified it, it had found its way through her body. She was given a few short years to live in which she suffered the effects of chemotherapy and undertook a stem cell transplant; both of which were unsuccessful and left her feeling fatigued, suffering from repetitive viral and bacterial infections, having bone and joint pain as well as abdominal pain which caused a loss of appetite and weight loss. The lymph nodes under her arms, in the groin, chest and neck were all swollen, and she was practically house-bound for 3 years of her life.
Unable to accept a life so short and full of pain for their daughter, her parents sought another option. Her mother was a scientist, her dad an engineer, and together they found a way to design an external body for her over the process of 3 ½ years. This was just in time too as at the age of 11, Sam lost her will to live. With her dying moments and as her father held her hands, her parents promised her the strength she hadn’t been able to find in herself, and they transferred her mind into that of the android they had created her for.
It took a long time to adjust to her new life, but Sam took it in her stride; savouring everything from being able to see her friends again (after some time had passed), to the fresh crisp morning air.
Since then, her father has given her many upgrades.
When she was 16, her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. In a bout of faith, they tried to convert her into an android body like they had succeeded to do with Sam, but something went wrong and her mother died in the process.
Her father died in a car-crash 6 months ago, leaving her alone, albeit for any friends she had, though they were few and far between. She loves her internet friends – they don’t judge.

Suit Abilities: Enhanced visual modes (thermal, target marking, night-vision, etc), onboard supercomputer (useful for hacking alien and human military or non-military devices and scrambling communications), HUD displayed map (that, once targets have been marked, tracks their movements), Power Mode (Augmented strength, jump height, heightened reflexes and agility, etc), Armour Mode (Reduces damage from bullet strikes, etc, stabilises and increases rate of recovery from physical damage), Stealth Mode (an active full body camouflage envelops the Nanosuit and it's operative, rendering the wearer invisible to the naked eye and most visual devices).
Weaponry: Primarily; combat knife, Nano-katana, DRS-1 Sniper Rifle, the Hammer Pistol. Other weapons from timeline where available and comfortable for Julian's uses.
Time Period & Time Line: Year 2030AD. Crysis Strand of the timeline.

Personality: Pretty gung-ho and always the first to volunteer, even if he doesn't know what he's volunteering for. Always keen for getting into the action. Has a penchant for mischief, and a quick-temper.

History: Having trained in the Ninjukai Taijutsu arts, and following the teachings of ninjutsu martial arts, Julian was a top choice to lead the newly formed special ops unit to wear the Black-black Nanosuit V2.5 and lead the special military tactical team under the alias of 'Sable'. The spec-ops teams formed, were divided into colour categories, and Julian placed in charge of the Black team, as the elite strike and infiltration force.

You need to mention in the FP not so much that it's strong people, but that they're suits.

It's more that it's both. Only the strong-minded people who haven't fully been affected by the timeshift, that realise these new enemies they're fighting aren't their common enemies from before. The suits give them much higher powers than an average person (in Acheron's case, the augmentation also), but the minds of these people haven't been as easily affected as everyone else, who automatically re-tuned to having known these android enemies over the course of the whole war/skirmish they've been a part of.

Other: "Shifter" is seemingly mild-mannered and stalwart. Unfortunately; very little is known about the person beneath the suit. Using a jumbler, Shifter alters their own voice, in order to maintain a firm detachment from the team, and maintain seperatism from the assortment of peers Shifter collects from the various times. It is also a means to keep the team from becoming too attached to their new allies and their abilities, as Shifter's hope is to defeat Wesker, and do so before Wesker interferes with the Alpha suits abilities. But Shifter needs help to succeed, so for now, (s)he is maintaining as much distance from the would-be 'friends' as possible.

Only people of those five lines of work had access in the facility of the Time Suits, which gives over more operable changes in the character, should Shifter be adopted. It also enables the person to adopt Shifter, to have a specialisation of their own choosing, which further grants the player their own character.]]

Since, as it has been confused by people, when discussion has come up about Time Compress, I thought I would expand on what we've supplied people, so that; if they wish to look here, they can read that there is actual plot, and not just as has been said, a 'hashing of games with no real story'. Not naming names. *cough* Starts with an R! *coughs* ;P

PLOT AND STORY[/u]

The first setting, is that of a top-secret facility, that is governed by no particular government, or country, as to what is being developed within, except that the work is a culmination of the worlds greatest minds of the time: The twenty-third century. This facility, is in the middle of a project codenamed Shift. This project has two distinct outcomes: The Alpha Suit, and the Beta Suit. The Beta Suit, being the predecessor, and just barely strong enough to prove that the technology is capable of the use it was designed for. The Alpha suit, had taken any flaws and weaknesses of the Beta, and corrected them as best they could for the final stage in development. All was going well, until (where the role play begins) the Alpha suit was stolen by an unidentified man.

This man, as it turns out; is named Wesker. He was thought to be dead in the early twenty-first century, and yet has returned approximately two hundred years down the track, to steal a project he - by rights - should not have known about. What little was known about Wesker, was that he came from a town that no one seems to recall; called Raccoon City. All data surrounding Raccoon City is unaccounted for, aside from the mention of it, in his personal file in the database of secret agencies. He was known as a scientist, and had supposedly succeeded in making a number of break-throughs before his unlikely demise.

However now; he is in possession of the Alpha Suit, and a great threat, with those powers at his command. Within the time frame they had while 'Shifter' was still unconscious, the lab director; Allesandra Marks, a 38 year old award winning scientist had accrued enough detail to know that Wesker was planning on using the Alpha suit throughout the course of time, to build himself an army. An army unlike any the world had ever known. In past, present or future. Miss Marks refused to share this information with anyone else, opting to keep minimal information from leaking, particularly when there was a high chance everyone in the facility would soon lose all memory of what they'd been tasked with, if Wesker changed enough of the worlds timelines and branches to encroach upon what they were supposed to be. This act of omission, has for the moment gone unknown and unnoticed by the task force she quickly set about to recovering the Alpha Suit and making alterations to earlier models to give them more opportunities to fight what Wesker has planned.

In the verses and branches of Earth's possible futures, or even pasts, lie the only other people that have strong enough minds and wills to be inexplicably unaffected by the dimensional shifts that Wesker has caused, that altered the very perceptions of that time. Much chaos was created when humans began to be attacked by enemies unlike what they had previously encountered in their specific regions and times.
Julian Drake, for example: an exemplary Nanosuit operative in the year 2030, just two years after the initial American attack from the Cephalopods (AKA; the Ceph) has realised that many of the Ceph he has been encountering recently, aren't the Ceph at all, but similar copies, in the form of androids. The force he was accustomed to was gone, and now he fought his commanders belief that there never was an alien species, and they were always androids. Finding it impossible to comprehend, Drake had to make sure.

He is not the only person in time who has found themselves confused by what has begun to transpire. Many more, across the Earth, and time (even some, not actually on Earth in the time period they're from) are trying to get other people to believe them.

Shifter's role, is in part, to collect these individuals, and use their help to stop Wesker. Only once sufficient assistance has been acquired, does Shifter feel that it is wise to confront Wesker; especially considering the unexplained phenomena that occurred when they first met, at his thievery of the Alpha Suit in the first place.

WHAT IS TO HAPPEN[/b]
Shifter will acquire company from each timeline/strand and begin to develop the team into a combat unit, fit to take on Wesker once his Generals are taken care of. Once certain prerequisites have been met; Shifter will be able to take new comrades back to Shifter's headquarters, and cast researching 'fishing lines', so to speak; to acquire much needed information about Wesker's movements and those of his army. Once the team is ready, they shall return to certain points in the timelines/strands, before Wesker's army has altered the core force seen in that world; thus correcting his interferences.

Once all timelines/strands are repaired, the team will find Wesker, and confront him. It more than likely, will not end with just one confrontation, but rather take some time, before the team can figure out a way to best Wesker, without failing.

I'm not sure if you noticed, Tifa; but we aren't using the actual characters, but rather designing our own to fit that universe and suit use. Samus' suit is an option, but Samus herself wouldn't be who you were. Perhaps another human woman in the same kind of suit, yes?

Also; with regards to when we collect you...you'll have to inform those of us who don't know Metroid of the enemies, and how the fight/world is. >.>
Cause I know I don't have a single clue...dunno about Elario or Sparkles.
