A roudy town that exists outside law. People of all sorts of criminal origins gravitate towards this town. The rulers of Solaris refuse to even acknowledge its existence. The town is filled with rotting buildings, murder, filth and drinking dens. People who are not careful here often find themselves sold into slavery.
