The World That Never Was

The cloaked man turned around to face them again and frowned every so slightly beneath his hood at the new arrival.
"In time most that is hazy will come into focus, but for now..." He eyed the new comer suspiciously.
"You must simply understand what's going on in the best way you can. And discover the answers for yourselves."
He wasn't about to divulge the organizations plans in front of this stranger, he wasn't sure who they were.

Kexir looked at Victor with the same vacant look.

Having cleared her head, Kiyo decided to go into the building anyway. Besides, if she did run into trouble, she had the Keyblade now. With a final sigh she stepped forward onto the strange path and began to make her way into the large building. Upon entering, she found many odd pathways and areas that seemed to open out into nothingness. At one point she leaned over the edge to examine, only to see space that went on forever. 'But how is that possible?' She frowned into the void, stepping back and continuing her exploration of the strange castle. The faint sound of voices crept from further up the castle the more she advanced. Tightening her grip around the keyblade, she came to a large door. Just as she was about to open it, Kiyo felt eyes on her back. Whipping around quickly, lurking in the shadows of the hallway was... A human? No. It was more like a ... A ... Kiyo stared at the creature. It seemed to have a zip for a mouth, but she could see something inside. Is it in a suit? She wondered absent-mindedly. After coming to the conclusion the thing-in-a-white-suit wasnt going to attack, she turned around and pushed on the door. Slowly, it began to creak open.

Felix scowled a bit at the cloaked man, trying to piece together everything that was going on. Then, Victor showed up - inquiring what he wanted to know as well. "Trust me, Senor, I've already tried to get answers out of him. He's not talkin', unfortunately." He stated, scowling a bit before crossing his arms over his chest. "And what's this about finding everything out for ourselves? If we don't know what's goin' on, how the hell do you expect us to do anything?!"

The hooded figure laughed and his concealed eyes flicked to Victor again.
"There is to be a war, and each of you will find your own place in it. And our objective will become clear."

[Dante Sparda]

"A war?" Victor mused, eyes flicking from the Spaniard to the hooded guy. It seemed he had all the answers, but was telling nothing. "Against who? And if we are to play a part in it, why won't you just tell us what we want to know? For starters, where the hell are we!?"

The hooded figures patience waned.
"Enough idle chatter!" He said forcibly.
"You, whats your name?" He said, pointing at the new comer in a surprisingly fluid motion.

Victor was startled by the man's sudden snapping. Evidently, now was no longer the time for questions.
"Victor," the boy replied hesitantly. Why would he want to know my name...? He glanced at the Spaniard, a worried look on his face. It seems we're in for one hell of an adventure...

The man held out a hand, and letters made of smoke materiallised there and slowly began to rearrange themselves.

The letters of smoke spelled out Victor's name. He took a step back, somewhat confused, as the letters began rearranging themselves into random combinations. Eventually, they settled for Torciv. As soon as they stopped moving, another letter appeared, this one an X. The previously assembled name split in half, and the X came to settle in between. The name reformed to become Torxciv.

[The name is simply pronounced Torxiv. Trust me, Victor is an awkward name to work with... <_<]

The man lowered his hand and the letters glowed brightly.
"This is by what you shall now be known... i now leave you, Felix and Kexir to... socialise" the finally word was said sceptically as a portal of darkness appeared behind him and he departed through it.

Instantly Keri shrunk back, frightened of being alone with two guys.

Victor's eyes remained fixed on the portal as it closed. Only now did he realise that he was now clothed in the same kind of coat Kexir was wearing. As he looked down on himself, one of his Keyblades suddenly materialised in his hand. Startled by its appearance, Victor examined it for a moment before letting his arm drop by his side and glancing first at Kexir, then at Felix, wondering what to say to break the awkward silence.

Kexir turned, looking around at the large city that surrounded them. Then, without a word, and only the briefest of glances back at Torxciv and Felix she began walking in no particular direction. Then, she stopped and turned back to them, pointing skywards.
"Theres a castle up there..." She said in a voice no louder then a whisper.
"Maybe we should go there..."

Victor's eyes followed Kexir's finger up to the forbidding-looking castle. The boy glanced from Felix to Kexir and back.
"Well, I don't have a better idea. Better go with the girl who knows what's going on..." With that, he tightened his grip on his Keyblade and set off in the direction of the castle. Hopefully, by sticking with Kexir, the newly christened Torxciv would learn exactly what was going on.

Felix just kinda watched, figuring that speaking would be the death of him...well...that is if he could die. Oh how odd, thinking of himself as like....a shell of what he once was. "Why the hell did you get a new name? Torxciv, si? Wanna make sure I got it right..." He absently inquired - curious and confused beyond all reason as to why he got to keep his name....not that he was complaining or anything. "And as for the creepy lookin' castle, why not? However, I'm not gonna risk my neck if somethin' creep crawly comes outta nowhere, comprende?" Oh brother. D;

Kexir stopped abruptly and turned. The smallest of smiles graced her delicate features.
"You're afraid of bugs?" She asked, trying to contain her laughter.
