Lupin looked up while then turning to Bali. A small nod followed as he padded towards the entrance of the cave. "Yes, yes it is, Bali. Come now, hurry along. You need to get inside and get warmed up." And with that he continued on.

Bali followed into the cave and was relieved that Maia was, alright? well, at least she was alive. Bali went over to one side of the cave and huddled down into a tight bundle, her eyes and muzzle engulfed in her fur. She was out of view also as she had decided to lay down behind other pack members.

As soon as Lupin entered the cave he made a bee-line for Maia. A small, comforting, growl would be emitted as he nuzzled along her neckline. "Mm, are you well, M'dear?" He'd inquire softly; placing a gentle lick to the side of her face. Lupin had been worried for her.

Maia gave a small whine as Lupin approached, sniffing him all over for any smell of blood or wounds.
"I am ok, what of you?" She asked with much concern.

Lupin gave forth a murr of contentment as he plopped down beside her; placing yet another lick to her cheekbone. "Mm, I am well, love. Nothing I couldn't handle myself. I found Bali. Thank goodness. I was worried for the poor thing."

Maia's nose scanned the cave for Bali and noticed her alone in the corner.
"Why don't you invite her over where its warm Lupin?" Maia asked gently.

Lupin's large head rose as he searched for the young wolfess. A smile appeared upon his features as he nuzzled Maia, only to stand and pad towards Bali. "Come, Bali. You mustn't be alone. You are just as much apart of this pack as everyone else. Join us where it is warm." A light nudge with his nose would be given to her as he then began to pad back towards Maia; pausing only to look over his shoulder at her. A tiny smile gracing his features.

Bali lifted her muzzle. Everything was blurry for a moment, but she soon took the offer and dragged herself over to maia and Lupin. She was not used to kindness and it too her as a shock that she was enjoying company. She said nothing as she lay down carefully next to Maia, making all her concentration on the way she did things, she didn't want them to feel like she was disrespectful. She just was not used to any of this.

Maia was always a very motherly character, she always longed for someone to looked after, and Bali was an oppurtunity. She snuggled close to Bali, wrapping her tail around her. She then nuzzled Lupin again smiling, the smile even reaching her milky eyes.

Lupin simply sat for awhile, taking notice of the way Maia instantly took to the young wolfess. How cute. <3 Ears swivelled atop his head as he listened for any possible threats within his current proximity. The great hellhound was alpha after all, and the prosperity and life of his pack was one of his foremost important duties as a leader. The well-being of his packmates was extremely important to him, thus why he was always on the alert.

Bali didn't think twice about it. Her instincts told her to be herself, whoever that was. She snuggled up to Maia and closed her eyes; not actually, but feeling warmer.
