Bali yelped as he put pressure on her neck. She cringed and held her eyes tight closed, waiting to feel the cold enter her body; any second.

Lupin arrived on the scene shortly after and released and ear-splitting snarl/howl. "Back away, Fang. Do not harm her merely because she is there and you are angry. Your issue is with me! Do not involve those who've done nothing to you!"

Fang released the females neck after applying a small amount of pressure. He then turned to the alpha with fevered eyes saliva dripping heavily from his matted and bloodied maw.
He began to pad across the snow towards the alpha and it became apparant by the way he walked that he wasn't himself.
"die... die, die" He babbled mindlessly as he advanced.

Lupin watched him closely, the Alpha standing tall and not once letting his vision drift away from their current target. This wolf was a danger to everyone. "....You. You are mad, Fang." He'd emit with a small snarl. Perhaps it was time to end this fool's life once an for all. He'd make sure to check on Bali once this was settled.

Fang snapped his jaws together with a loud snap his paws rakinng the snow beneath his matted paws.
His snarls changed to almost wails as he approached and his look of malice one helplessness. For a breif moment he began to back away but then continued his advance.

Another abrupt snarl erupted from the depths of Lupin's larynx. He wouldn't tolerate a wolf such as Fang any longer. The hellhound was already in a bad mood. And now THIS happened. Just...grand.

Lupin growled after him threateningly and once Fang departed, his instant reaction was to head over to Bali. "Bali! Are you alright? He didn't hurt you too badly, did he?" The alpha would pad over and flop down next to her. Heh, he was being all..fatherly. xDD

Bali didn't say anything for a while, she just stared wide eyed at the snowed over bushes and subconsiously tugged away at the brambles that had twisted up to her thigh on a back leg. "i.i.i. i'm..i'm fine" she thought that was what you're supposed to say when someone asks that question, that's what everyone else said. Her entire body was shakey.

Lupin glanced to Bali and attempted to aid her with getting the brambles off of her. "Mm, you do not seem fine, Bali. But I won't inquire anything of you. Come with me." He'd emit while turning to pad off back to the cave. "As long as I am near, Fang will not harm you or any of the other packmembers. I won't allow it."

Bali took a final look at the bushes before turning and hobbling after Lupin. The brambles had thorns of which had dug into her, which is where they were resting now. She gave a yelp and decided not to even touch the snow with that paw; the coldness did not help.

A pleased nod was given in her direction before he paused so she could catch up. Once she did, in fact, catch up, he'd nudge her ever so slightly. "Mm...that paw looks painful. Would you like me to give you a ride?" In other words, he wanted her to ride upon his back. Such a light-weight wouldn't really be felt for such a large hellhound, anyways.

"Uh... no thankyou" Bali replied politely and limped ahead just a bit to try show that she would be able to keep up now. But what was that? The cave. She could see a shadow infront. "Alpha... is that the cave?" she quieried, turning around to look at Lupin. Usually she would be able to smell the pups.. the recent wolf scent, the scent of fresh pressured blood, but her nose had practically become froxen. Nothing was processing. Of coarse, this wasn't going to be heard outloud anywhere as she felt foolish. All the other wolves were fine with the cold.
