[Cloud Strife]

As he padded into the cave, the storm began to start up again; a fiercer wind then earlier. Lupin stayed beside the cave entrance so as to make sure all of his comrades were safely inside. Once this precaution was taken, Lupin would pad in after them and settle himself down next to Maia. "Mm, this should do for now, though we won't be able to stay here for long. We need to find food, and soon." He'd emit this with a sigh, knowing that his role as alpha was not going to be easy. However, he had the confidence that nobody, unless they were either stupid or moronic, would attempt to revolt against him. Lupin was huge, and could easily take out any or all of the wolven in his pack. Of course, he'd only do that if they were deemed a threat to himself or Maia.

Maia walked across the cold cave floor to curl up in one corner. She was cold, and confused. She put on a brave face for Lupin and the pack, but really she was lost, she knew not where they were or what any of the pack looked like. It was very distressing.

[Sparkles]

Bali looked out into the storm that was now an actual proper storm. 'At least we got in here quick' she thought to herself desperatly while continuing to chew on the grass. It tasted horrible, like chewing on a piece of alaminium only softer and colder. Another piece of debree hit her across the forehead between her eyes and she wimpered and shuffled backward, her legs staying to the ground in submissance to the storm.

Lupin had been sifting about the cave, making sure each of his comrades were alright and within the boundaries of the enclosed area. He padded about, asking each of them in turn how they were doing. When he saw Bali, however, his head quirked to the side and padded towards her. "Are you alright, Miss?" He was unsure of her dubbing yet, seeing as how she was fairly new to the pack. As for Maia, he made a mental note to go straight to her once he was finished conversing with the she-wolf before him.

[Sparkles]

Bali looked up "the storm just frightens me" she confessed quietly and relaxed more now that she was further from the entrance. She looked in Maia's direction and smiled, tilting her head in her direction and smiling for the first time in ages "She seems a little dissorientated". Bali didn't mean o be out of place.. she was just meaning that he should be with her right now.

Lupin cast a glance in Maia's direction, a small smile appearing upon his mawline. "Ya, she does. I better go and check on her. You take it easy. Oh, you are welcome to join us if you wish, Miss." He'd emit calmly as he began to pad off towards his beloved Maia. Once he made it to his location, he lowered himself to reside next to her; curling around her protectively. "You alright, M'dear?" He'd inquire gently. A small lick would be placed to her cheekbone as he asked this, hoping to reassure her if only a little.

When the warmth that was Lupin wrapped around her she relaxed a little. She was still terribly distressed. "What did they do to me Lupin?" She whined and she licked his cheekbone in return "I want to see you." She sighed laying her head on his paws.

With a dejected sigh, and another well-placed lick, Lupin would reply. "I do not know, M'dear. However, I'm sure that whatever it is they did to you, will benefit you eventually. As for seeing me, it is alright. I'm sure you will see in due time and if not, let it be known that I'll never leave you alone. So stick close, Maia." He'd emit a small murr-like vocalization once he completed his commentary and reassurence. He hoped that it was sufficient, seeing as how he wasn't exactly the 'cheering-up' type.

Bali looked around and followed Maia and lupin with only her eyes, they seemed so contempt, even in a time like this. She sighed softly and somehow managed to get a vote of confidence into herself. She took a deep breath and stood up on her wobbely thin legs, slowely walking toward them. the stumbled a few times, having a small stone in her paw, but managed to correct her self and sit to the side of lupin and maia, "may i join you" she asked with her ears flat back to her skull.

Maia nuzzled her mate and nodded "I will stay close." She said softly before her ears twitched hearing the voice of the young femme they spoke to earlier. "You're that young thin one aren't you?" She asked kindly. "Sure i wouldn't mind you laying with us, i am sure Lupin minds not either." She smiled kindly.

Lupin adjusted his position to gaze upon Bali for a time, a small sort of smile appeared upon his mawline. "Ah, yes. Of course, Miss. By the way, what are you dubbed? I can't keep calling you Miss." Gaze turned to land upon Maia once more, administering a light nudge of affection before returning his attentions to their newest arrival.

[Sparkles]

Bali looked confused as she lay down "dubbed?" She thought about it for a while, "I'm not dubbed anything as far as i know" she placed her paws over each other and lay her head on the gap, the small warth heating her nose a little.

Maia laughed and shook her head, "Lupin means what is your name." She smiled kindly.

[Sparkles]

"oh... My name is Bali" she told maia, still not quite understanding... wasn't dubbed for position or something... and wasn't name for name? Very CONFUSING!
She shook her head to get rid of the idea.

Maia smiled and laughed a little "Pleased to meet you Bali, my name is Maia." She gave Bali a slight nuzzle of friendship.
