[Cloud Strife]

Rules:
1) Try to keep OOC to a minimum. This is a Roleplay forum, and I'd like to keep it that way. >_<;
2) Respect everyone in the forum, especially your RP masters (cause they have the authority to kick you out if you get on their nerves ).
3) Try to keep foul language to a minimum as well. If the character you are playing cusses a lot, so be it, but try not to curse every few words. It's annoying...>.<;
4) Do NOT use any form of netspeak. Again, it's also annoying.
5) When in a fight, try to make it realistic to an actual wolf fight. In other words, you can't constantly dodge. If this becomes a problem, I'll add rules just for fights. (Fights would include for ranking in a pack, domination, etc.)
6) If you are in a pack, respect the ones above you in ranking. They are dominant for a reason and will most likely NOT tolerate disobedience.
7) Have fun! (If I see that there is something else to add, I'll add it. :3)

Setting:
The future; year 2100, in the beautiful landscape of Alaska. It's currently the beginning of Spring there, though given the fact that it is Alaska, the ground is still covered in snow. However, it is melting thus resulting in the rivers to rise. In this area, there is a small valley in which the wolven of an experimentation process are set free. The valley is beautiful, surrounded by mountains on three sides and leaving a small spot for them to go elsewhere. It's sort of a safe haven or rather, a reservation specifically designed for the wolven. They should be safe, but due to poachers who wish for their pelts, it is still rather dangerous.

"Maia! Maia!" Hellion of black and white pigmentations searched everywhere in the region in which he was suddenly placed. He was confused beyond reason. Where in the world was he? Where was Maia, his beloved mate? Panic surged in the pit of his stomach as he continued his search. He new that the other wolven of his pack were around somewhere, but she was the only one he was unable to spot. Alpha was growing impatient, whip-like tail swaying rapidly behind him in a snake-like fashion, slicing at the damp snow below his freezing foremitts. Lupin knew that she was blind to the world, unable to see due to the immense experimentation performed upon her. He muttered a soft,"Where could you possibly be?"to himself for he knew of her special abilities to see into the hearts of others. That's what he loved about her. Crimson eyes scrutinized the vast expanse of white; a small shiver wracking through his body. It was freezing out here! The nerve of those humans to just dump him and his pack out here...in the middle of the snow! A frustrated snarl erupted from his larynx as he began to steadily pad back to his pack of misfits. Upon his approach, he would give a curt nod to most of the wolven in his path; eyes scanning the vicinity for any signs of his beloved Maia.

Maia whimpered as she staggered around feeling strange and unknown ground beneath her feet. Her world was black before her. She barked helplessly trying to find at least someone else. Suddenly a picture formed before her eyes though it was shadowy and looked like a negative of a photo. she continued barking realising she was able to use it in a sort of echo location. her hearing was much better now.
She heard her beloved calling her and she stummbled towards his voice calling back to him. "Lupin where are you?" Her voice was trembling in the cold and worry.

Ears perked suddenly as vocalizations from beloved were heard thanks heightened senses. Instantaneously he'd vear off and head towards Maia's voice. "Maia?!" He'd emit; panick-strickin tone once again appearing. Finally, her stark white form was seen off in the distance. An abrupt bark would erupt from larynx as he leapt through the snow towards her bodice.

Upon his approach, he instantaneously would let his tounge run along the top of her skullcap. "I'm glad to see you're alright, Maia." He'd emit tenderly; a side of Lupin rarely seen by anyone other than his beloved mate. "Hurry, come with me. We must hustle back to the pack and discuss what has happened to us." He'd emit, tone becoming serious once more. An affectionate nuzzle would be administered to her cheekbone as he awaited her response.

Maia felt him licked her skull her ears twitched happily. She gently gripped his tail in her teeth as she wailed "Why can't i see Lupin!?" She was so scared she didn't really know what had happened or where she was.
She stepped forward cautiously feeling the ground before her with her purple paws.

At her vocalizations towards him, Lupin let his tongue run across her skullcap once more. "I do not know, M'dear. Though I have a feeling it has something to do with those...those human skum. Their scent is all over this mess. I wouldn't be surprised if this was another of their...experiments." This response held a certain discust, him literally hissing it out as he said so. A light, reassuring nudge would be administered to her nape as he started to pad off again. "Stay close, follow my scent and do not worry. I will not leave you alone." His voice was calm, a tender touch to it once again. However, upon his arrival at where the rest of the pack was, he went instantly into 'serious Alpha mode'. Pointed ears lay back upon his skullcap as he glanced over each of the 'misfits' and 'abominations' like himself. "All of you, it seems that we have finally been set free to a certain extent. However, we are in foriegn lands, and have no idea where we are exactly. Until we are used to this place, do not leave the pack without everyone else with you. It could prove dangerous." He'd emit this with the utmost authority, making sure to spare a glance in Maia's direction every so often. He didn't want her to stray too far either, especially if his suspicions were confirmed and she was totally blind to all. It would prove quite dangerous if this were the case.

Bali was on the outer edge of the pack, her black muzzle felt as if it would freeze at any moment and her tail curled between her legs because she would feel safer with it like that. She heard the alpha speak, she had only ever heard him speak once and like today, it was distant. Bali lay her nerrow bodice down against the white coldness and tried to listen as hard as she could while all of her body shook lightly from the coldnesss. She moved her nose out of the snow as it grew even colder, yet even at not a too long distance, the surrounding mountains could barely be seen. Bali could not wait much longer before the storm calmed down and she would be able to see them properly.

Maia followed his voice back to the pack and lay close to her mate not willing to wander further.

Fang let out a loud snarl and pushed his way toward the alpha. "What could possibly be out there that's more dangerous then you" He gave an evil grin and turned to the rest of the pack.
"He could slaughter us all in his sleep!! How do we know we can trust this demon?" His eyes flashed red with hatred.

Gargantuan wolven eyed the offender known as Fang with an intense eye. "Yes, what is more dangerous then I? Nothing. And if you insist on trying my patience, I will slaughter you here and now. Do NOT insult me in front of my pack! Is that..clear?!" To prove how serious he was, lithe configuration would suddenly lunge at the offending brute; hoping to land upon his own bodice forcefully. If this were to be accomplished, he'd place one of his taloned foremitts right up against his throat and press down. This would inevitably close off his air passage. "Again, Am. I. Clear? I am Alpha. Do not defy me or I will personally see to your death. Understood?" Usually, Lupin would not be so rough with his comrades, however, they needed to be taught right from wrong, what to do and what not to do. This was how he ruled over his 'band of misfits' and this one was going to probably prove especially troublesome. After all, some of these wolven had powers greater than he could imagine, though he could physically out-meneuver most.

Bali looked around to her side, she saw the known 'alpha' pinning down one of the wolven that she guessed had either threatened him or been rude.

Maia heard the snarls at yelped slightly the sounds making a picture of the battle for domincance before her obvious. She whined her mind locked on her mate.

Fang snarled and snapped at the alpha's nose as he was pinned to the floor. He then rolled out from under to alpha with a snort. "You'll bring death on us all!" He half hissed. "We cannot stay out here it is to cold and hazardous! Let scouts leave to find somewhere warmer! If they perish so be it!" He snapped at a wolf that growled at his challenge to the alpha's authority. He trotted to the back of the pack a snarl branded on his maw, he would take the alpha again when the time was right, and he wouldn't back down.

Immediate snarl would soon follow after Fang's departure. "If you continue your behaviour, I will kill you now!" Barked out Lupin. He was not one for idle threats, either. In fact, ears lay pinned back upon his humongous head, moist labrums curling over his glossy fangs. Spines along his spinal structure rose as he bristled. "Do not try me, Fang. I will keep my eye on you, and if you make one more false meneuver and insult my status above you, be sure that you will fall beneath my claws." This threat was made, and as he heard his mate's whimper as well as the other wolven around him whispering amongst themselves, Lupin would emit a snort. "As for the idea of scouts scanning the area, I do think that is a fine idea. I commend Fang, though he is insolent, for the plan. However, you are to go in pairs." Lupin would emit this calmly, though he was still thoroughly annoyed and aggitated from the previous interruption.

Maia stood and plodded carefully over to sit beside Lupin, "Try not to be to harsh on Fang sir, he was in the same room with me when the humans took us. They did horrible things to him..." She did not mean to sound like she was on his side, but she highly pittied him.
