The Modesti had paused in his walk to give a rather gratuitous eying up to a woman who'd brushed past him. He saw no harm in looking - though he would never touch - and the look she'd given him was more than teasing enough to send his groin into a rather embarrassing warmth. It took a lot of self-control not to follow her down the street, so he instead contented himself by watching her retreating form with the admiration an artist might have for Davinci or any other famous painter. It was just as she was vanishing from sight that something move up high in the very corner of Liborio's eye. He turned his head quickly, catching the smallest flash of white cloth as something leaped the gap between two of the nearest buildings. Finalmente! he exclaimed inward, shoving his way through the crowd and into a side alley where he quickly found a stack of crates that he could use to scale onto the roof. I follow them first... see if I can't find out where they're going... he thought as he lifted himself up onto the tiled slope, steadying his footing before he started his way along, keeping under cover so that his current charge would not see him.
Assassins may have been masters of stealth, but they were not prepared for someone to come at them with their own advantage.

Vittorio didn't have to look for long when he spotted his charge again; limping slightly towards her bordello. Smirking in satisfaction, he leaped from the roof into a bale of hay that was located around the corner from the courtesan he was tailing. He climbed out quickly, brushing the hay from his clothes. Walking over to a bunch of people, the Assassin blended in by joining in on the yelling they were doing at a market salesman, all the while keeping an eye out for his target.

Unaware that she was being tailed by two men, Violetta let a tiny sigh of relief pass her lips as she finally came to the door of Il Cigno D'oro. None of the girls stood outside on display, still terrified by the murders of their sisters. Vi was glad to think that that would now change, and everything would go back to normal. She took hold of the golden handle of the ornate door.

Cristiana stood at a stall for a bit, looking at the bread lined on the table. The keeper seemed to be getting impatient with her. "Are you gonna buy it or not girl? " he crossed his arm. "If not move along already" he pressured more. Cristiana gave the man the three florins that she had clutched into her palm. The large italian man took them with no hesitation and pushed a loaf of bread to her. "Now hurry up there are other people wanting to buy"[/]b he grumbled. "Thankyou Sir... Sorry sir" she said grabbing the bread and turned around to make her way through the crowd again. There was lots of people, so much so that perhaps a some people may not notice their pouched mysteriously go missing? Cristiana spotted a woman in a crowd of yelling and shoving people, her purse full and loosely tied. She made her way towards the crowd, weaving in and out. She did the theft more quickly this time, she moved fast and swiped the pouch into her hand, the thread which it was tied on easily coming undone. Cristiana smiled thankfully and hid the purse in her chest, safe as she moved away quickly through the thick crowds.

Liborio cursed when he saw the assassin leap from the rooftop. He was not agile enough to do that himself, and would instead have to find a place where he could scale safely back down to the ground. It had become obvious to him now however, that the person he tailed was in fact tailing someone themselves. His interest was of course now piqued, with him wanting to know why the assassin was following someone - and who they were following. If this was an assassination target being stalked then he was definitely in the right place at the right time. He found a ladder, luckily enough, in a quiet street corner, so he climbed down that, jumping the last few rungs to land back on the cobbled road. He then hurried back out to the main market street, eyes sweeping the crowd for the assassin. He made himself inconspicuous by hurriedly buying a pastry from a nearby stall-vendor, and eating that casually as he searched.
The first thing he noticed about his new location was that there was a particularly fancy bordello on his right. It would not have surprised him if this assassin was simply in the area to partake of the joys of woman-flesh, their sinful natures knowing practically no bounds.

Vittorio, while completely hidden, watched as his courtesan approach the door and take a hold of its handle. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to follow her until she entered the brothel, lest he wanted to make himself obvious. Then a particular, un-crowd-like person caught his eye. Spotting a man lightly armoured and eating a stall-sold pastry, this man looked like he meant business, though perhaps looks were deceiving. A gold glint in the arfternoon sun flashed in Vittorio's vision. Unmistakeably a cross. The Assassin growled quietly.
Templar.

Violetta checked around her briefly before she slipped through the doors of the bordello. She walked past the groups of girls and their clients, not even uttering a word to her Madame as she brushed by her. She needed a hot bath. Now.

Chritiana walked down the alleyway towards her house at the back of the tailors which her father runned. The store had been closed today because her father was not feeling well.. he hadn't been feeling well for a long time. She hoped her brothers would be back from the countryside soon. "Papa?" she called as turned the corner, to see that the back door was slightly open. She frowned and pushed the creaking door, shoving against it as the door struggled to widen fully. The house was slightly dark, all the candles were out but the windows letting some light through. "Papa?" she repeated a little concerned now as she could feel objects around the floor and could see a few tables tipped over. She placed the fabric on a chair and ran up the stairs to her fathers room, calling him again. The whole house was empty, she was only gone for the morning, who would break into her home? Christiana ran out of the house once she had a thorough search, running towards a guard that were protrolling. "Please Signore, someone has taken my Papa!" The Guard shoved her away and grumbled. "Read the notice on your door Begger" "The notice?" Cristiana questioned. "Pay up next time" The Guard grumbled again and walked off.

Li caught a pair of eyes in the crowd and knew he'd been found out. The fight or flight reflexes kicked in immediately, but he held his ground. He met the Assassin's eyes firmly with his own, holding the gesture until he'd finished his pastry. He wanted this particular individual to know that he too, had been seen. The silent message sent - and the face memorized (at least what could be seen beneath the hood) - Li finished off his pastry and brushed his hands free of crumbs on his tunic. He then straightened from his leaning position and moved towards the Bordello into which the woman had gone. He didn't enter though, he simply circled the building once, getting his bearings of it. He expected a confrontation... but he wasn't going to START one.

Vittorio growled softly as the Templar spotted him. Unmoving, the Assassin watched the Templar move around the building. Unfortunately for him, his directive from The Mentor was to not cause a fuss if possible. Basically, attack only if attacked first. He drifted out of his crowd, and headed towards the bordello, winking charmingly at a group of the girls outside. Opening the door and entering, Vittorio scanned the foyer, searching for his target.

Violetta swung the door shut, not caring that it made a rather loud crash behind her. She had done enough for the girls here today; they could put up with her slowly souring mood as her knee continued to give her more trouble. She removed her gloves a little forcefully before loosening her belt and kicking off her boots, sending a rather startled attendant on her way out. Thankfully, her bath had already been drawn for her. She wouldn't have to wait. Without any hesitation, she began to undress.

Cristiana sat on a bench outside her raided home, reading the notice in her hand. Appartently her father had been taken by the Borgia because of a large debt. She had been working hard to try and pay it off for months.. she thought she had more time. She couldn't keep this up, she had to do something about this and she had to get her father back. Cristiana sighed letting her blonde fringe curls fall in her face and fiddled with her brown dress. Would she have to do this on her own? To do anything she would need money... that means more theft. She wish she could contact her brothers, they would know what to do or at least know who could help them.

Li frowned as he saw the assassin heading into the brothel. This could have meant one of two things, this bordello was in cahoots with the assassins, or someone inside the house was about to meet an unpleasant end. Keen to find out (and prevent) either alternative, Li found a tree that grew just within the garden of the bordello and began to climb it, finding himself perched upon a branch hanging near a balcony. He was about to jump down on the ledge when he spied a woman half-undressed within. Blushing heavily he retreated into the branches, hoping to wait until she was no longer present.

Vittorio, in all his easiness, began making friends with one of the girls there. After making some small talk, he decided to get on with his assignment. 'Have you seen a girl enter here recently? Within, say, the last five minutes? I really liked her, and I wanted to see her. She had dark hair and a black overcoat.' Slightly offended that this girl was getting the handsome stranger, the courtesan pointed him towards the door where she'd gone. 'Grazie, ma'am.' The Assassin said, placing a small sack of gold in her palm in payment for her directions. His kindness to the girls here would hopefully provide another bordello to use against the Templars in The Mentors quest against the Borgia. Vittorio headed towards the indicated door and knocked twice. 'M'lady? I request you, if you don't so mind. Are you available? Or shall I return at a more suitable time?' He hoped she'd opt for the former, as his charge after this one was to try and end a Templar training camp.

By now, Violetta had undressed and emerged into the water. She looked to the door from her position in the bath, trying not to get too annoyed. The heat was working well at relaxing her tense muscles and calming her mind. So luckily, whoever stood on the other side of the door did not receive the snappy response they would have gotten not five minutes earlier. "I suppose it depends on your definition of "available"," she called back. Certainly, if he was seeking out her services, she was going to be appropriately... 'dressed'.
