Zack squeezed Aerith tightly and prized her hands away from her skull.
"Sshh shh Aerith... calm down. We'll fix this... but i think we're going to need a bit more help." He raised his communicator and keyed in the code for Cloud's personal terminal.
"Cloud, it's Zack. I need you to use the old Shinra global transmitter to send out a distress signal to ANY other planets out there. The lifestream is being EATEN by something, just get anyone with planetary knowledge and technology that might help, there's no way we can fight this thing on our own."
Tifa jumped to her feet as Cloud's communicator finally went off, her eyes were wide with worry.
"Eaten?" She went pale.

Aerith started crying into Zack's chest.
"It was just... taking them..." she whimpered.
It was so unlike the Cetra to get so upset so quickly... Usually she was the one reassuring everyone that matters could be fixed. But these were dark times...

Cloud jumped up from his chair the moment he heard Zack's voice. He was as shocked as Tifa was by the news but he was trying to take in all that Zack was saying. "Right got it... Is Aerith alright Zack?" Cloud asked first up as he began to push in his chair and abandon his food as he began to make his way to the global transmitter. "Tifa..." He called calmly knowing that she would know how to work it better than him.
(( i dont know XD i can edit it a bit later but i needed to know some information, like where the thing is and stuff))

Tifa leaped to her feet as Cloud called her, also abandoning her food and heading out of the mess hall and down the corridors to the large round room at the heart of the DSS structure where the communications array had been placed. Her heart was thundering in her chest with anxiety.
"Aerith..." Zack began, looking down at the Cetra woman who clung to him whimpering, "Will live Cloud." He said, giving her a squeeze to try and calm her.
"It'll be alright Aerith. I promise."

Aerith wrapped her arms tightly around Zack, face buried in her chest. There was a long pause, where she just let him hold her.
"Zack..." she whispered. "There has to be a way I can stop this... Maybe I'm the only one who can..."

Cloud opened the doors to the old Shinra communications device was located. It was rather big and took up most of the room. But most of it was for other workings, Cloud wanted only one thing.
"Are you coming back soon Zack?" Cloud asked wondering if they were going to stay near the crater or just get Aerith back Home. He signaled Tifa over to a computer device, not really sure on how it worked. He had seen it been done before but couldn't remember the process. " Can you set up a signal?" He asked Tifa quietly still waiting for Zack's reply.

Tifa nodded, "I'll set you up, then you can send out the message." She hit a sequence of keys on the pad and a microphone came out of the panel. She then continued to type away until the large screen above her flashed "READY"
"You're on." She said, looking to Cloud.
Zack turned his attention quickly to his communicator.
"We're on our way back now Cloud. We'll be there ASAP." He glanced to Aerith again, "Gotta fly, work on that message and contact me the moment we get a reply. Zack out." He turned off the device and took Aerith's chin in his fingertips.
"There'll be a way Aerith... and maybe you don't HAVE to be the only one. I've been thinking, Cetra settled other planets right?"

"Well, yes..." Aerith said quietly, looking up to Zack. "But... surely we would have had some contact from other Planets if that was the case."
She sighed.
"It doesn't matter. If we can get help, that will be great... if not..."
She touched his face tenderly.
"Well, we'll work with that too I guess..."

Cloud took a deep breath and turned off his communicator. He tried to think of something to say and after a moment or too he nodded to Tifa and began his recording.
" This is Cloud Strife, commander of the DSS, Domestic SOLDIER squad upon our planet of Gaia. This is a distress signal to anyone out there who may have advanced technology and developments to help our world which is being threatened by an unknown life force that has began eating away our home and committing mass murderous attacks on our people. We are in need of help ASAP, our fate depends on who responds.
Our coordinates are close to 98.45 degree's east of the sun's paranormal turn, and 243.7 degree's south west of the bright moon's position now. Contact back for more directions." Cloud signaled Tifa again, it was a long transmission but he had to get a lot in to get a response otherwise if there is someone who is listening might not take it seriously. She placed his hands on the bench in front of him and leaned down.

Tifa killed the connection and looked at Cloud with hopeful eyes. "I'll keep a line open and monitor it for you in case we get a response." She said, wringing her hands, "Do... you think anyone will respond?"
Zack gave Aerith's face a gentle stroke.
"Stay confident Aerith. I've never given anything up without a fight, and i'm not about to start. Let's go find Cid." He gently squeezed her hand and moved off towards the cockpit at a gentle pace.

A young man came running towards yuna and Tidus as they wondered the markets in the middle of the City.
"My Lady Yuna! " He called before stopping before them to catch his breath. "We have another recording!"
Yuna looked to Tidus confused. "has it knocked out the system?"[b/] She asked curious to what has happened. The man shook his head, he seemed to be only a massager boy anyway.
"No, everything is fine. But I was told to bring you both back to the east control center straight away" He stood tall and waited for them both to follow.
" That was too quick.." Yuna said to Tidus.
Cloud stood up tall again and wondered around the room. " I am not sure, we will just have to wait" He regretted to say.

Tifa sighed and nodded, pulling herself up a chair to sit in front of the monitor of the array, waiting for some sort of reply.
"I hope Aerith and Zack get back soon..."

Tidus frowned a little bit.
"Guess we'd better check out what it is..." he said, hands dropping from behind his head where they had been interlocked as he walked.
He picked up Yuna's hand again, giving it a squeeze.

Yuna nodded and followed the man back to the west Control room. When they entered the crew seemed to be a bit quiet. Cid was leaning on the walk with his hand on his chin thinking deeply. Gippal was arguing with Rikku over in the far corner and the rest seemed to be in shock.
" Was it the Fiend again?" Yuna asked Cid, still holding onto Tidus's hand. Cid shook his head and frowned.
" No, this is rather.. surprising." he said as he still looked as he was some place else.
Gippal gave up on Rikku and went over to where Yuna and Tidus were. " I won't explain, it sort of speaks for itself." Rikku was already getting the recording ready, she seemed annoyed.
