Leon had been walking all this time when he'd heard a hiss, a thud, and now voices. He slowed to a creep, now slightly crouching. He shouldered his gunblade. He crept up to a crevice in the cave wall and peered around the corner to see a couple of people yelling at the hermits in the cave. Finding the female to at least appear more dangerous, he proceeded forward cautiously.
First contact shouldn't be made by me, but it would probably be more beneficial if it was...

He looked at her with confusion. "What are you talking about? I get the Hermit thing, they are vile and so...Fun to shoot." He grinned. "But who's a "blood-hater?""

Scarlet screwed up her nose and pointed down the dark tunnel, not completely sure where the stalker was hiding, she just knew he was there somewhere.
"Goodie goodie." She said, finding no better word, "Blood-haters."

Adam began to think his new tag along was a bit tapped, but he leveled his shotgun down the dark corridor anyway. "I don't hear, or see anything..." He looked at her, not yet knowing her name, or who she was...Or what she was for that matter. "I think it's in your head. What's all this about "blood haters" anyway?"

"Blood is precious." She replied, eyes glittering like a love-struck girl speaking of her beloved, "But some people don't respect it. They hate it, they restrain it!" Her voice grew stronger as she spoke and it seemed she had forgotten their guest hiding in the corridor. "We fight for the stolen blood, we make sure none who are unworthy have it." She nodded and grinned broadly.

It suddenly dawned on him. "Oh, your a Child of Blood. I understand now." He Kept an ear out for any movements, "Children of the Harbinger of Blood" he muttered to himself. "Well then, a lot of what just happen in the last fifteen minutes suddenly makes a lot of sense. In the way that it doesn't make any..." he subtly mocked her. Looking down the tunnel at the corner of his eye.

He laughed. "Never mind. Considering I don't need to find this kid, I'm going to leave this hermit infested cave. Come with me or don't, I personally couldn't care less." Adam brushed passed her and headed back the way he had come.

Scarlet didn't seem to be paying much attention to Adam anymore, she glanced over at the Hermits and screwed up her nose, moving to follow him but not because she was actually going with him.
She wanted to find this Blood-hater she'd heard, she had to liberate his blood, she had to liberate all blood! Maybe this man would know where a city was and she could go there and bathe in the glorious blood of the unworthy people.

A Child of Blood...you moron, you would have gotten yourself killed. Real smart thinking...
He stood up against his better judgment and brought his gunblade in front of him, ready for an attacks from any direction.

The light from the outside had darkened but still hurt as his eyes adjusted so rapidly. The cave entrance looked cliche with a small opening with an arched entrance.
Just as his eyes had adjusted an echo drifted out from the cave. It grew louder as he realised what it was. The hermits had smelt them and were comming for thier dinner.
" Hm" Adam mused, "something to shoot he leveled his shotgun aiming into blackness.
